His dispatch said it was only him. So he let us push it out of the driveway and then said ohh the tags are bad I can't tow this. It was a non op going to be repaired. Then he called to cancel the tow. Then my friend offered him 100 bucks. He tried uncancel but they wouldn't let him. He left us to push it back into the driveway by ourselves. THANKS CHRIS.
