I had a slab leak repaired by another company and right before the technician left, I noticed the faucet in the bathtub was leaking a constant stream and mentioned it to him. The technician did not want to have anything to do with it and suggested I found another plumber to fix it. Ameer answered my call at 6:30pm and was nice enough to suggest the other company should be responsible for fixing the leak. I made an appointment with Ameer anyway just wanted to get it done. I left a message with the other company and made it known that I was very unhappy with the issue and they replied that they would take care of it. I cancelled my appointment with Ameer on short notice and he was again very nice to say that he did not want to take advantage of the situation and cost me more money. I searched yelp for professional plumbers to fix my leaking shower head (I tried Amazon service and the guy worked for 2 hours but cannot fix it and advised me to find a professional plumber and he said based on his experience the wall needs to be opened and the valve needs to be changed and it will cost about 1500 dollars, he still charged me 62 for the unfinished work, never try Amazon service again!!!). The shower leaking was getting worse after that, so I texted and called several companies on yelp and chose Absolute Pro Plumbing as Ameer was the only one can come by the same day. Ameer came within 2 hours after I called him and quickly fixed it for just 10 minutes without opening the wall and help me saved more than thousand dollars. So I decided to ask him if he can do the copper re-pipe and change the water heater for my house which I have been thinking about it for several months. He again quickly gave me a quote with a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the work within three days. Ameer and his crew came on time that day and finished the work within a day. The next day I asked Ameer if he can do the isolation for all the hot water pipes as I'd like to save energy (which I didn't mentioned before). He said yes without hesitation and came and did all the isolation in two days without any extra charges. More than that Ameer also helped to fix my toilet in guest bathroom which I found leaking the other day, again without any extra charges. It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain. I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk. They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price. I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that. I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy. I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too. read more

I had water coming from under my washer and wasn't sure where it was coming from. Called Sears where the machine is from and they suggested I call a plumber since they thought it was my drains, well, it was. I call Jason and he came out the next day and, yes, my drains were very clogged. Both the kitchen and washing machine. He used the snake and cleared everything up within an hour. We've had Jason and his team work on a few projects since we bought our house last year. I've always felt like they provided balanced/trustworthy advice and they take the time to understand a project. Recently, we got a quote on a gas line for a new cooktop that was about $800 from a different company, but Jason did it for less than half because he took the time to look up the specific requirements and recommended using flexible piping that was more expensive but saved way more on labor because it was easier to work with. I have a leak in my hot water pipe under the concrete slab inside my home, I am waiting for the insurance company to stop lagging and get in here to tell me what they will cover..... In the mean time the leak was getting worse and gallons and gallons of water was being wasted not to mention my water bill going sky high! Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend his company. He repaired a slab leak in our kitchen on a Saturday because he didn't want us to be without hot water! He tented the area, kept concrete debris vacuumed, used silver to solder the new copper pipe for added strength, used the heavest pipe wrap available and then did a beautiful job with the concrete patch and returned after the concrete cured to replace the vinyl flooring! He cleaned all the aerators and checked all the faucets for water flow before leaving. He arrived on time and returned phone calls very quickly. We had him come back to replace all the "frozen" water shut off valves in the house, and he will be returning to replace the main incoming shut off valve.
