Chose AC based on reviews and references I was able to check. Called, explained that I have true emergency and no water, and receptionist was able to schedule appointment for the same day (really they came within 2 hours). Quality of replacement parts exceeded what I had originally had and I was truly impressed with the quality of the workmanship. "Mr. Armon Carter (took 100% professional approach to our situation) and found time in a busy day to respond to my call. Though late in the day, he still had a positive and professional approach. 100% professional and knowledgeable. I had consistently used another plumber (who was out of town) to deal with the same issue, but Mr. Armon was the 1st to make outside recommendations that would not just solve the plumbing issues but prevent further visits from plumber. My kitchen sink is plugged and based on all of the glowing reviews on Yelp I called them first thing this morning. The person who answered the phone said they might be able to get out here this afternoon and they would call me 30 mins prior to getting here. I left work early so I wouldn't miss them and at 4, hadn't heard from them so I called. They said their guy was here for an hour but couldn't get into the gate - we don't live in a gated community - and they had been calling the wrong phone number for me, yet I had been on my patio most of the afternoon. I was frustrated, upset they lied and was told they were too busy to help me any further. By that time, anywhere I called was going to charge me time and a half so my sink is inoperable for the holiday. Sigh. I was treating this as a tryout for a good resource since I have a water heater that needs to be installed and a fridge that needs a water line. This was not the way to get that business. read more

Called around for estimates to unclog a drain. Got crazy estimates from $140 to $275. Some of the other plumbers were recommending that all the drains and the main line needed to be cleared. Given I didn't just wake up from a deep coma, I kept calling for estimates. Lucky me, I spoke to Armon and he came right over. Cleared the main line for $40 bucks and even brought a trainee to learn how to be a professional. I manage 12 rental properties and will using them in the future. Honest, fair, and fast. This is not something we could do ourselves but I understand is not too difficult if you are moderately handy. Jeremiah was helpful and professional and the faucet works great.
