4/5 cali bowl sweet but there's a certain after taste that's a little bitter that I haven't experienced from other açaí bowls 5/5 passion fruit puree. I love that this was a side option as passion fruit is one of my favorite flavors 5/5 customer service. Staff was very friendly and able to answer questions. You have to order on a monitor but they still are very personable 4/5 ambiance it's pretty tight squeeze so not a place where you can meet up with people. 5/5 parking . It's in a large strip mall area so plenty of parking spaces

The Real Brazilian but added more toppings to it

Came here to get their real Brazilian acai bowl and the location is clean and had friendly service. Ashley helped us out and she's super kind and helpful. The acai bowl was delicious! Would definitely recommend coming here!

Came here for the first time and it was great. I placed the order through the app but decided to eat inside. The lady that helped me was very kind. The ambience is nice and there's two tables with 3 chairs each inside. Plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center. I got the medium size Tahiti bowl which is an açaí bowl with banana, mango, pineapple, and strawberries. I really enjoyed, looking forward to coming back to try other things!

I had a great experience at Açaí Republic. I ordered a regular-size Tahiti Açaí Bowl mixed with peanut butter, and it was absolutely delicious. The mix was refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between creamy and fruity. The presentation was excellent, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The gentleman who helped me was wonderfully kind and patient. He offered samples to help me decide and genuinely took the time to explain the different options. That level of customer service really stood out and made the visit feel welcoming and personal. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean, with good music playing in the background that added to the calm, friendly vibe. The seating area was tidy and comfortable. This place is an ideal spot to sit for a while and enjoy your bowl. Overall, the combination of great food, attentive service, and chill environment made this visit a standout. I'll definitely be coming back soon and recommending Açaí Republic to friends looking for a spot that feels both healthy and genuinely inviting.

I stumbled across this place after yoga class. Just a short drive and plenty of parking. You really can't miss it, it's a huge sign out in the front. I am obsessed with açaí bowls and well they just made my life a little complicated with so many options. Alyssa was super nice making suggestions and her personal favorite. I ordered the top two she suggested but I'll definitely have to come back and try the others! Thank you Alyssa for the amazing customer service! I hate when businesses do this: One employee working so hard and a line out the door of customers waiting for WAY too long. It's abusive to stress your employees out like this. Poor person has to deal with angry customers because no single human being can possibly do what the business is calling for. It doesn't matter how good your product is, it doesn't matter if maybe another worker was scheduled and called out--maybe 3 should have been scheduled if that's the case. For your customers' convenience and for the wellbeing of the employees actually making you money, do better, business-owner!!! read more

I have been to Acai Republic more than a handful of times, and they exceed my expectations every time! For the price, you get a good amount of the fruits. They've only gotten one order right in the six or so times I've ordered there. The most annoying thing is they charge $1 to $2 for each topping and then, don't include them. I ordered a bowl and specified no granola (I'm allergic to oats). The guy literally loaded it in the middle with oats, which I couldn't see bc of the fruit on top. Almost felt personal. The last straw was when I ordered two bowls and added $5.50 worth of toppings and they included NONE of it. They are all pretty nice and smiley nonetheless, so I guess that merits a star. I'm leaving 5 stars strictly for customer service redemption. I came here last Friday while we were waiting on our puppy at the Animal Hospital of South Bay (his first visit). My boyfriend raves about this place since there's a location in Newport or Huntington where he used to be closed. I was starving and running low on sugar and felt it would be perfect for us to finally go to this newer location and get a smoothie and a small bite. I'm a vegetarian and noticed they had a spinach and cheese empanada and ordered that along with a pitaya smoothie, my guy ordered an acai bowl. Alexa or Alexis was the one to help us initially with ringing us up and giving us the empanada. My boyfriend and I were STARVING so we immediately bit into the warm empanada and found that it tasted nothing like spinach. I was sick to my stomach because I knew it wasn't even chicken, it was a beef and cheese empanada we were served. I sat there stone cold waiting for the smoothie and acai bowl I just paid for and had this gut nasty feeling. I've been a vegetarian since I was 9 y/o and remembered how common this mistake was but at the time it was because the workers were careless. It is now 2022, where there are plenty of vegetarians and vegans so I thought we had made progress in eliminating such mindless errors. Though I did not vocalize to the employee I was a vegetarian I feel like the orders should be checked like any restaurant does with checking to ensure the plate is correct prior to serving. I didn't say anything because I was in such shock and spat out the pieces in my mouth to the trashcan behind me. My smoothie was ready and I tried to wash it down while waiting for my boyfriend's acai bowl. I didn't want to say anything, my appetite dwindled, and I just wanted to get out of there. My boyfriend asked me if I wanted him to say something and I just said 'no - I just want to go.' When his bowl was ready it was given to him by another employee (maybe management?) she had a black shirt and long brunette hair. My boyfriend walked up and said, "You guys really need to check your orders next time when you serve customers. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and you served us the beef empanada." The employee's face turned to shock and she came around so empathetic and you can tell she was not ok with what just happened. She expressed her sincerest condolences and offered me an actual spinach empanada. I politely declined (and this point I did just want to cry but kept it together) but she insisted, saying "I know how that feels and it's not ok. I am so sorry miss but the spinach empanada is really good can I please heat one up for you?" I wish I had gotten her name but she was really wonderful in handling this situation and tried to turn it around. I did get to taste the spinach empanada and it was really enjoyable. We stayed to finish the empanada and she came back around with a $15 gift card for me. She apologized again and had Alexa/Alexis come out to apologize to us as well for serving us the wrong empanada. The 5 stars, again, is for her customer service redemption. The way she handled that and how she approached me was so appreciated. Great staffing on that employee. read more

My first time coming here and the place is really clean. The young cashier was very helpful and kind. I wasn't sure of the bowl that I wanted and ate assisted me in getting the right one. Once I got home and started eating my bowl, that first bite was sooo smooth and delish. I was NOT disappointed at all. I know how açaí is suppose to taste and Açaí Republic hit the target. GREAT place for a juice!! Was looking for a juice spot after my workout and this place had good reviews. I got the green juice and really enjoyed the flavors of cucumber, kale and pineapple (I believe). Their mini vegan chocolate balls were great too! Perfect sweet snack without the guilt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The staff is rude, the food isn't fresh as the claim it to be. Instead these pastires are made out of store, months in advance, and left inside of a freezer for months at a time, then inside of the warmer waiting for you for the whole day!!! When you get them they will be rock hard, and 5 dollars!! Hah. Funny excuse for a restaurant. The employees have a hard time communicating with the customers, and it's frustrating. Great service AND they have empanadas. I honestly love spots that have healthy smoothies and a snack offering. They have these small potato balls reminiscent of the ones from Porto's. I also got the beef empanadas. For Acai bowls they have premade options and the cashier recommended their special Tahiti for the lesser sweet but San Paulo is their #1. We had seen this place while driving by and at some point someone gave us a coupon for this place, and we were super stoked to try it. Our expectations were more than met! We will definitely be back again, great service, very friendly and great when we asked a ton of questions. Not only do they serve smoothies and Bowls but also these amazing Brazilian and Latina american snacks (Empanadas, Coxinha, Pao de queijo) highly recommend them all. Ok, we've found our new favorite!!! Our kiddos love Açaí so it was a natural to try the place around the corner from where they do sports. Inglewood and Marine SW corner. A bit of an Empanada snob I found the empanadas to be excellent. Moist and flavorful through and through. The Chicken and cheese Coxinha was a hit - and gluten-free too! A young woman came up to me to ask me if I'm paying with cash or card. I said card. She then asked me to use the kiosk because they are "busy". There were no other customers waiting. I was the only customer there at the time. I tried using the kiosk and this machine could not read my QR code from my Robeks phone app. I tried repeatedly 4-5 times. Now the woman who walked up to me could have taken my order which would have taken 10-15 seconds. I tried using the kiosk for more than a minute then left in frustration. Which speaks to the customer experience. This message is for the business owner of this franchise why I won't be returning. There is another Robeks I go to that is way more busy but they have never asked me to use the kiosk no matter how busy they are. They have high foot traffic and there are usually 4-5 people waiting. This other Robek is run by better employees and I will be going to that one instead

I'd pass on their drinks.

The drinks were solid too and paired well with everything we ordered. The whole place has a calm neighborhood bakery feel to it, and you can tell it's a spot locals come back to often.

There was a short girl with red nails & short hair there, the day i decided to swing by before my morning shift for work . It was around 9am & when i got there the door were closed so i decided to get back into my car & look online for the stores hours which they say there open @8... as i'm in the process of doing so, a short girl with long red nails comes very quickly & unlocks the doors & turns on the open sign lights. So i go to the door & i nicely ask her 'are you guys open now?'
