Checked the Yelp reviews and decided to message APD for a quote. The owner, Young, replied in less than 5 minutes. Found this hidden gem inside the mart (thank goodness for yelp) the owner helped replace my screen and did it super quick for me! (Less than 30 minutes) and he even let me watch while he was taking the old screen off and showing me what he does to make sure the new screen isn't in bad shape or has any defects. Cons: Shop is located inside supermarket (I'm just being nitpicky here).  I made a dozen inquiries for an iPad screen replacement & had several options from repair shops around my area. I chose Access Point Distribution because Young was prompt in his responses & communicated a "can-do" attitude. After receiving a quote & a time frame I brought in my device. The shop is situated by the entrance of a Korean supermarket. There was a customer ahead of me that had their iPhone screen repaired & left happy. Since it was on a Friday & he had to order the part Young told me the device would be ready by Monday night. He was polite, patient & soft spoken. I was glad he was willing to listen & shared other options in case repairing the item would cost more than just buying a replacement. He gave me an estimate & told me he would call if he found other issues while working on my iPad. I really liked that he did not rush me into leaving or try to upsell. When I returned to Young's shop, he showed me that the iPad was back to full functionality. However, he pointed out that the corner of the screen would not completely adhere despite his best efforts. I was more happy to see that everything was working & that the damage was not obvious unless I pointed it out. He told me that the price of the replacement part had gone up, but he kept his original estimate. That alone told me that he was not just after making a quick buck. It gets kind of confusing when you first go to this repair shop because "Access Point Distribution" wasn't posted anywhere (or at least I could not see it) but once you enter the Arirang Market, it is directly to the left. I cracked my phone screen yesterday afternoon and was in a hurry to get it fixed. I looked for a mobile phone repair shop near to me and to my surprise I found this one with FIVE stars on Yelp so I had to go here. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. First of all the customer service is AMAZING. They obviously know what they are doing and know what is the best option for you. Not only this but the service is very fast! When I asked how long it would take I presumed it would be at least an hour or two but he told me it would only take him about 30 minutes. And of course, he did finish changing my shattered phone screen within 30 minutes or less! This is my first time I have ever fixed my phone screen and I am so glad I was able to get such great care as my first experience. Young took care of me big time. I broke my phone chasing after my two year old. I was running after him and phone took that faithful fall that spider webbed the screen. I rarely leave a review but as others have shared Access Point Distribution is five stars. I requested a quote through the yelp app and received a reply back within 20 mins. The quote I received back was very good especially since he uses original apple parts. I was provided quotes from other vendors who use generic parts that were much higher than Access Point Distribution. The next day I dropped off my IPhone X for repair and was provided an estimated repair time of 30 mins. Young (owner) ran an apple software diagnostic and confirmed I had a degraded battery. Young performed the repair and uploaded the new parts information directly to Apple so I could have apples warranty and repair history. Highly suggest others to use his services. read more

Young has great customer service. He's very capable and serves with integrity. I had my iPhoneX examined by him as its Face ID failed to work. He diagnosed my phone and tried to fix it. It turned out that there were multiple issues of this phone and may not worth fixing them one by one. He didn't charge me anything in the end. Besides, I had my iPhone 7+ battery replaced by him. He gave me Apple original battery at a reasonable price with 90-day Apple warranty. The replacement was done quickly and the phone works perfectly after that. Although it was confusing to find, I'm so glad I did! I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge. I knew doing my phone was going to be pretty pricy because of the way my screen is. I searched many of different prices at various locations & this was the second lowest. The first was in Stanton & I like literally walking distance from the market so it didn't make sense to me to drive to save the extra bucks. *Like $20* My brother came along as he had an iPhone 6 that had a busted screen as well. He also needed to replace the home button! Prices for his phone were super competitive! Anyways, we showed up & he had me put a down payment for my new screen since he had to order the part. He said it would take approximately 2 days max. I agreed. He fixed my brothers screen on the spot. It took no more than 30 minutes. He had to order my brothers home button as well but didn't have us put an extra down payment. My brother left super content as he had a pretty little screen again! The next day rolled around & I received a phone call from him! My phone part was there! I was SO happy! I didn't expect it to be that fast! I showed up, dropped off my phone and was assured it would be done on about 2 hours. It was! It was perfect! My actual home button was stuck for about a week but he warmed me about that prior to making the decision to fix it. With time, it loosened up & works like it did before!
