If you are on a schedule, hungry, or just passing through, I strongly recommend having a reservation before going. Another issue was the online menu experience. Their website would not open properly for us, and the menu information we found online did not match the physical menu we were given at the restaurant. That made it difficult to plan ahead or know what to expect before arriving. The host was initially kind enough to seat us at the bar so we would not be turned away, which we appreciated. We ordered a quick meatball dish to go and were told it would be about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it ended up taking around 45 minutes. Had we been informed clearly from the beginning that the food would be significantly delayed, and that not having a reservation would place us at the back of the queue, we would have simply gone somewhere else and saved everyone the inconvenience. By the time the food arrived, we were tired and frustrated. During the wait, it was explained to us that because we did not have a reservation, other orders had to be prioritized ahead of ours. While the meal was ultimately provided at no charge, the overall experience was stressful and not ideal for travelers on a tight schedule.
