Check their BBB reviews they're all accurate. The tech was late, did shitty work, rescheduled when I explained the problem (because he left after his terrible & inaccurate assessment) was rescheduled because he refused to return the same day. On the day of reschedule the appointment window was between 12 - 6pm! The tech showed up while I was away for 5 mins, didn't answer his phone or give an ETA prior. Then the tech would not answer the phone when their own staff called and then no showed on the return. If your home agency gives you this company as your provider, simply avoid and redirect. They deserve to starve for their lack of work ethic. By the way, my matter is still unresolved after 14 days (broken washer). read more

This is a total scam company. They're a third party contractor for First American Home Warranty and after today I'm a firm believer that these two companies are running a fraud based business. The knobs on my oven range came off due to wear and tear and the technician who arrived outside of the service window lied and said he'd get the order in, when I called Accord they said that it was denied. I spoke to FAHW and they said that the technician found it to be "physical damage" and denied the repair. Now I'm out $75 and my range is still broken. read more

They finally show up and claim to have ordered parts for the repair. Horrible service . First technician came out and could not find the issue so they scheduled 2 Days Later a senior technician . Supposed to come from 8:00 to 12:00 never showed up I called the company and they said he tried to call me at 6:51 in the morning and didn't answer so I lost my appointment . Only to have me reschedule 2 Days Later so now I'm sitting longer without my fridge and it's my fault because I didn't answer the phone nor could I call the technician back because he had a private number . They came to fix my refrigerator and after waiting two weeks they ordered the wrong part. When you call them they have you waiting at least 25min before anyone picks up. It's a call center that cannot even answer your questions. Stay away from this company. read more

Stay as far away from this repair company as possible. My washing machine would not agitate my clothes, so I researched the issue on Google and found that the gear shaft and or agitator is possibly stripped since it freely spins. Oskar was the service tech who came out to service my machine yesterday. I informed him what I found on Google. I asked him about taking the lid off to inspect the gooves and he proceeded to tell me that these machine bolts come loose and just need to be tightened down. He never removed the agitator to inspect the grooves on the shaft or agitator lid. After tightening the bolt and running a rinse cycle the agitator was working. He informed me that the work came with a 90 day warranty. Less then 24hrs later and while doing my second load of laundry I have the same issue again. My washer isn't agitating and is spinning freely. Called Accord and was informed I need to call my home warranty again to file a claim. What happened to the 90 day warranty? It's been less then 24hrs. Wish I would of Yelp this company before my warranty company assigned me to them. Not worth the Headaches and Oskar is completely incompetent. Horrible!! Referred here through my warranty company and nothing but a disaster. First of all service technician arrives in an unmarked car so there's reluctance to let him in. What he told us verbally was different than what he reported as a diagnosis to the warranty company, American Home Shield, resulting in me paying for a second opinion. A red flag is the fact that a blank work invoice order is provided. No description of services provided so who knows what he reports. When I called AHS they verbally told me what the technician said claiming the unit was damaged directly by the customer. Pretty ridiculous! They have since been placed on the Do Not Refer list as a service provider for me and definitely wouldn't recommend them. Personally know 2 others who had similar experience with the same company one of which was the same technician. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. I had this company assigned to me by American Home Shield. Waited several days for them to come to my home. They came to fix a leaking dishwasher. When they left, the dishwasher wasn't fixed, but the kitchen sink was now leading. We waited 10 days for them to return to fix it. Today Ulises finally came to fix the hose. One hour after he left, the dishwasher leaked water all over our kitchen and dining room. When we contacted him to please come back and fix this leak, he blamed our new leak on rodents! How a rodent can ruin the dishwasher in the hour after he left is beyond me. Do not let your warranty company send this company to your house. read more

I went to the shop and asked to to speak and manager or supervisor because o had been calling for two days with no response. A man called Jerry came out and walked up to my face saying he had two other people walk into his shop and if I don't leave he will call the police and walked away. With absolutely no customer service or respect or willingness to see what question or concern I may of have. Accord Appliance is a horrible and shady company. First American Home Warranty assigned them to come out. They barely spoke english, and I had trouble figuring what time they'd show up (They actually only showed up 1 of the 2 times). They couldn't fix my fridge, so they wrote down the wrong reason for it not working i.e. so the home warranty would deny the claim. Accord Appliance just threw me under the bus. Now I have to elevate this legal issue with First American. Avoid Accord Appliance! Contact the city of Temecula to report them. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They never answer their phone, but when you do finally get someone (expect to wait at least 30 minutes), the person you get will be rude and unhelpful. I was assigned a technician from this company by American Home Shield. The tech could not fix my refrigerator (two visits) and told me he was recommending replacement on the second visit. I come to find out he told the company everything was working and there was no problem. WTF? That's a complete lie! Worst run company ever. On Sept 20, 2018, First American Warranty assigned our refrigerator repair to Accord Appliance in Temecula due to an ice bucket that was freeezing up . On October 2, my technician arrives in his late model, unmarked car, and assessed the problem and while doing it, broke our ice bucket. So he orders a new ice bucket with motor. I wait and wait. They call me on the day my part is due to be installed and tells me the part is broken. They reorder the part supposedly. My new appointment is Nov 5 from 8-12 and they no show . At 1pm I call the office and wait on hold 1/2 hour as usual (always a half hour). They reschedule me for the 12-6 timeframe on Nov 8. 6 hour timeframe! They no show me again for the service call . (just like some of the other reviews.) I ask for a narrower timeframe under the circumstances. And when I ask to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold and no one gets involved in helping me with this situation. And today, Nov 14, 2 months after my request, they left a message the technician is sick and they need to reschedule me. Never in my life have I experienced such a poorly run company with poor follow-through, long hold times, and a lack of responsiveness. I would start all over but they have my part and I don't want to start all over. This F'ing company SUCKS! First of all DO NOT use American Home Sheild, secondly they will pawn you off on this sorry a** company. The so-called technician came out for the repair, took apart the freezer inside part and used a steamer machine to defrost the inside quickly, this may or may not have been the issue because after doing that and putting it back together the freezer didn't work anymore. Then he re-took it apart and found out he forgot to attach something, really....After he left I smelled a burning smell and relized he blew my GFI plug. I then had to call out an electrician after I checked the fuse box and used a meter to check it. Turns out he overloaded something in the fridge or using his heater tool and literally fried the plug to which the electrician replaced and had it back up and running, but the fridge plug kept tripping the new one to and not working, so I re-called AHS and told them about the issue, and they said they have to use the same repair company (and apparently the only sub-contractor in my area). TWO WEEKS later after losing all my food, he shows up with my wife home and precedes to tell her, after farting with it for a half hour, he thinks it might be the motor, he got the fan and freezer working and said he'd be back in an hour (this was at 1pm) to see if it's the motor because the non-freezer side would not be cold then he'd know. After I got home around 3:30pm, he'd not shown back up. I called his number and left three messages 1 hour apart, well, well, well. I then called Accord Appliance and spoke with their receptionist (always the same Russian sounding girl) who said that the repairman had called her to order a motor, he couldn't call me back and let me know that?! She said it would be there on the following Monday (this is the Monday before I'm talking to her). She calls me back on Friday and says it's in, great! see you guys' Monday; but then says the repairman will be another two weeks out, of course I'm livid now and called her a lair about her statement about Monday. So that's where I'm at now, waiting two weeks till December 1st to see if this idiot of a repairman actually knows what he is doing.... I'll add a follow up later. read more

I had them out once (11/28/16) dispatched from American Home Shield (AHS) warranty repair. Staff was nice and polite the dispatcher and the technician. However my 8:00 - 12:00 appointment was met at 1:40 pm. I was kept in the loop however that doesn't take away from me taking my day off and wasting it waiting for a repair person. I was told by the technician after checking for the problem and after watching the video I made on my iPhone just in case the issue did re-occur while he was there. The technician took his notes, told me he will follow up with Kitchen-Aid the next day to determine the correct part. He will get in touch with me once he orders the correct part. Well several days go by and I get an email from AHS stating ticket is closed. I followed up with AHS and they stated the repair company couldn't duplicate problem, so they couldn't fix it. All this after seeing the issue and watching my video's of the issue also. Completely unprofessional with lack of communication and follow-up. This issue still remains to be resolved. However not with this company. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews earlier, I would have told AHS not to send this company. What a big waste of time. read more

American Home Shield will not honor the work unless I pay $100 again. I'm dumping them as soon as my contract is done. If I could give -5 star I would. I put in an order on Dec 28 for my refrigerator and Dishwasher via my home warranty, family of 5 with no way to keep food cold. Accord Appliance was contracted for repairs, It took a week for the first tech to come out, he took temp of my refrigerator and freezer and said it's not working.. well I could have told you that. I asked if he was going to look at my dishwasher, both had an open claim with Accord appliance, he said no I do not work on dishwashers. He left and I called, they sent another person a week later. He comes, hoping to have working appliances. Nope! He said he had to order part and to call in 2 days, he comes out the next week with the wrong part for the refrigerator, says he fixed the dishwasher, nope same issue 10 mins after he leaves. I just had two "lead techs" come out again, wrong part again for refrigerator and said the dishwasher has never been touched, both need part ordered AGAIN! 40 days now without either appliance. This just tells you what kind of immoral, low standard company this is. My dishwasher simply needed a new drain hose. I'm busy with 3 kids, one of which is 3 months, so I opted to have a "professional" take care of it. Nope, what a mess. Chris came to the house one time, ordered the parts because he didn't have what was needed. A couple weeks later, he returns with the parts. I'll try to spare you all the details.... He immediately flooded half our kitchen because he forgot to turn off the water valve before disconnecting the water hose. He didn't even know what to do at that point so I had to go turn off the water. He kept swearing in front of my two grade school kids, over and over. Then he tore/frayed a bunch of wires in the dishwasher because he didn't know what he was doing. I have a video of this dude kept trying and trying to force the cover down when it was very clear and obvious that there was a bunch of wires blocking the way. Again, he kept trying the same technique over and over without trying to problem solve. I kid you not, this guys spent about 30 minutes trying to get the cover on, but not before telling me the wires were already like that and must have been burnt or something got to it. I told him it was because he kept trying to force the cover on. He didn't say anything. Like I said, I have a video of this guy caveman-ing the cover back on. Furthermore, he also dented up and scratched up our dishwasher! I told him I was concerned about mold because of our kids, and the 3 month old has heart defects, so we can't take any chances of respiratory issues or anything else like that. He said "oh the water didn't reach those cabinets over there, it was just at the dishwasher." Just shaking my head about that because it's like dude, did you forget that I was in the middle of the flood that you created? I was under the sink trying to turn off the valve you forgot to turn off and because of that my pants and socks were completely soaked from kneeling under the sink. It was well over to the cabinets plus more. He was far from being bright. Also far from being bright was his so-called supervisor whom I talked with on the phone. It was clear they have gone down this path many times with other customers. She completely would not listen, denied everything, blamed the forgetting to turn off the valve or knowing how to work on a dishwasher as being the issue I originally called in for. She was a complete ****. It was very surprising since I started if the call nicely and was just calling to see what we can do to make sure there is not going to be mold but she quickly denied everything and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm sure she goes home at the end of the day so proud of what she does for living. That goes for the business owner as well. It's clear they hire anyone that can't find a better job with a better company. Btw, I didn't pick this company. First American Home warranty does business only with low rate companies. I didn't know that until Accord Appliance damaged my dishwasher and flooded my kitchen. I just needed the drain hose replaced, but they flooded my kitchen, and completely damaged my dishwasher.
