Jerry from Manny's Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional and knowledgeable who diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, explained the repair clearly, asked for permission before performing each step, and verified the temperature and operation afterward. One important detail: my HVAC is a rooftop packaged unit with indoor access only through a master bedroom walk in closet. There are no building stairs to the roof, so the technician must bring a ladder and climb about 11 feet indoors. This unusual setup made it difficult for me to find a company willing to handle the access, but Manny's was able to take care of it without any issues. It has been 10 days since the repair, and the air conditioner is running normally again. The repair came with a standard 90 day warranty, but honestly the quality of the work mattered more to me than the warranty. I recommend this company.
