I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. If you're thinking about getting PPF or tint, do yourself a favor and talk to Armando first. Can't recommend him and ProTek enough.

I brought my car back so we could choose the fabric - we got VERY close to the original, not identical. They were SOO stinking nice, they both felt like old friends. I brought my car in first thing on a Friday morning and picked it up Saturday afternoon. It looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I still don't know how he did it in a day! I'd have to admit it was a bit overwhelming considering all that has changed since I got my car tinted and wrapped. Not only that, but there are tons of products out there and next thing you know, you're spiraling down a  tint rabbit hole. ESM Motors rose above the rest, professional and knowledgeable. Eakra took point when I first dropped the car off and made suggestions on what we should do with the tint. Pointing out pros and cons of each level of visibility and most importantly, what would be best suited for what I was looking for. We wanted to keep the car cool and look good at the same time! Her recommendations and install were right on the money.  I was about to step out then saw Manny installing PPF on a BMW M5. Headphones on and locked in! That man was in the zone, you can tell he knows his craft. Long story short, I went in mainly for ceramic tint and walked out with a tinted and fully wrapped R1S. I couldn't explain to my better half why it took 5 days for the car to be tinted.. Needless to say, she's happy and drives the car more than I do.  Sophie is really onto something here. There's no other establishment like this in the Bay Area. They focus on quality over quantity, totally different from the places I used to go. The vibe too, just so warm and inviting.
