I gave a call this morning and I was pleasantly surprised to speak to someone directly and a person already awake! Nichelle was very easy to work with. I received a simple instruction to take a picture and help their tech understand how my garage was situated. Shortly thereafter, I got a confirmation that someone was coming in the same day. So quick, easy, and allowed me to focus on the next thing. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment later in the day because I unexpectedly found out a family friend will be taking a look at it. Regardless, I can't commend Ace's understanding and their customer service enough. If you don't have a garage repair person in mind, then please try Ace out! This is actually the 2nd time I've used this company! The first time was for a minor repair of my garage door opener. I'm sure they could have given me the old "shamlama" however they fixed the opener with just a minor repair. This time I had them out and the replaced my opener with a belt driven opener. So I needed to get my garage motor thing replaced and I called and made an appointment and got a quick call back. They were able to come fix it in 2 days. I was so happy with that.
