I had the latter happen to me and after speaking to Johnny on the phone, he said he could come out the next day to diagnose, even though he has been inundated with requests for repairs and estimates throughout the Bay Area. Once Johnny came out, he quickly climbed up to take a survey of my roof, he noticed a vent lid half way off on the other side of the original problem area and quickly walked over and addressed that without having to say word. After reviewing the problem area I pointed out, he felt that simple roof caulking on several joints would prevent any further issues. After finishing up, he gave the assurance that his work is guaranteed and he will come out if I continue to have any issues in that area. Hearing this is re-assuring and my intuition is that Johnny is faithful to his word.
