The employee stocking the area came less than an inch away from touching me four repeated times. I think moved across the store to the towel section where two employees loudly blocked my exit from the aisle. I then saw the employee that I had moved away from. Then I moved to the art section where the man who I believe must of been the manager was lingering. I then moved to the blanket/throw section, I left my cart at the end of the row, to which a different employee moved my cart out into the aisle and left it. I shopped some more and encountered more employees. At check out the cashier stopped once she was almost done and told me that she needed to rescan my entire transaction. She then did not hand me my receipt at the end to which I had to take it. She then proceeded to shout all the way to the end of the checkout row to where she was. At the end of the checkout stand, as I went towards the door, two employees were blocking the exit. They were having a discussion with one of their friends at the exit. Their selection is always good. the quality of their used furniture is usually top notch although there could be mars to the finish and so on. I care mostly that what I buy is sturdy and will stand up to years of use. Cosmetics don't concern me that much. Customer care is excellent here. On one occasion the delivery guy was waiting for me in my driveway when I got home. And we left the showroom at about the same time. Impressive. They are a bit out of the way. on a side street just off hwy 99 in Tigard, just next to 2177. Easy enough to get to if you study the map. this place continues to be my go-to when I need a sturdy piece of furniture at a fair price that will last.

These buildings don't need that perfect satin finish or the exact shade choices that an interior room does. I didn't spend more than 4 minutes in the store due to the efficiency of the employee. You've seen the commercials...."... you can now buy high end everything for your home, at a fraction of the cost". Don't believe it. This company is 100% fraud, scam, call it what you like, but please avoid this Direct Buy. All they want is your membership ($5k) and you get zero service. See the internet (rip off reports, 'google' direct buy complaints, scam...) you get the idea, this national franchise is 100% one of the most clever schemes this country of ours has. Canada is investigating them at the federal level, we aren't quite there yet!! For an experiment, go to one of their open houses (get invited from their website) and go under cover. Report back your findings/experience. (I did, it was an interesting 1.5 hours of a cult-like experiment, I will never forget. What you get (NADA), is the right to shop in a PAPER or on-line catalogue (outdated from the 1990s at best) for furniture, cabinets, anything for your home. Well, the big surprise is...you actually pay more due to most items are scratch and dent, out-dated, discontinued and their outrageous shipping and "handling". Their handling must be pretty special, it's 12% of the items value.... HUGE rip off. ?Is this Legal? So, far they have (via their legal counsel) done very little which is actually illegal. Their contract states, any verbal promises are voided and not held accountable, etc. They can promise you the world, but when you sign their contract you agree to understand that anything they told you during the presentation, they can not be held accoutable-for ANYTHING (price quotes, manufacturers they work with, shipping/handling charges...). If you've had the mis-fortune of attending an open house, you will know what I mean. If you were badgered into buying a membership, for that, I am truly sorry....because you will NEVER recoup your money, not a penny! Get the word out there, be a savvy shopper and write your attorney general, FTC, BBB and protect others. No, I never bought a membership, but have a very good friend who did. She thought it was a great idea at the time, and I agree, it sounded "too good to be true". And it WAS! I will be moving to Las Vegas and plan to sell all my current furniture; then buy all new when I settle into my new place. I know a couple who have built and sold three custom homes in the last eight years. This couple will be able to eventually build a $1000,000 home at no cost. We are going to use direct buy to remodel our rental house before we sell it and then remodel the home we live in before we sell it. I have no regrets for joining direct buy. Tomorrow I will be buying a $1000 dishwasher for $603, shipping $24, extended warranty is $52.

Parker can give excellent advice because he actually uses the products and understands what works and what doesn't. Every time I walk into the store I know I will find the best answer and the best products. I wish all of my vendors were this effective and easy to work with - it would make my renovation business so much more fun. Sherwin-Williams should make sure they keep Parker (give him a promotion) and use his approach as a standard for all employees.

We had another paint chip we were hoping they could match, but it was just too small/thin. I would have given them 4 stars, but the two guys on duty were complaining loudly about something back in the work area, made me kinda uncomfortable.
