I was looking to have my floors replaced in another section of my house and I contacted this company. The person did come to my house for a consult on a Friday. He said he would see if they had my previous floors in stock and if not would explore options for me and follow up with me. That was in June and I haven't heard anything back. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be using them again.

I asked some questions but they never got back to me. So I called Prestine. I was set up with Jeff on an initial consultation where he explained the process in detail. O like what I was told and ask how long would I have to be scheduled. I needed time to clear up items that were on the garage floor. Once I got that completed I called Jeff to schedule my install. The entire process was smooth up until the install date. The crew for the install was 30 late. I asked what was going on and was told they were getting more supplies,. Gabe recently refinished approximately 2000 square feet of oak flooring in my home after 'lacing' in new pieces to blend with the 28-year-old existing floor. My hope was that the completed project would not show that there had been any replacement of damaged boards, and that hope has been realized. The newly replaced wood and all the refinished areas, including a 17-tread stairway, look as beautiful as the floors did when brand new. Started out good and really seemed to know about flooring and repairs. Then things went south. It…read morewent from taking one to two days to taking over a week. Very difficult to communicate with this contractor. Finally finished the job over a week after starting. Left glue residue all over the flooring and baseboards. The baseboards were sloppily reinstalled with glue residue and dirty smudges all over them. Mike ran out of finishing nails so he went into my garage and grabbed some of my flat head roofing nails and used those on the baseboard. Mike also ran out of gas on the freeway on his way to fix his mess. I took him gas. He still left a huge mess for me to clean and repaint. Stay away from Bestcoast Floorgodz. Also claimed to be a licensed contractor but I couldn't find his company or his name on the State Contractors License Board website.
