I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

The slacks had something splashed on them at a restaurant (some kind of sauce) and I specifically asked them to pretreat and remove the stain. The lady marked the stained areas with a sticker. When I picked up the slacks another lady was there and had no idea if the stain had been removed. So I checked and not only did they not get the stain out it appears that they spread the stain into the pants leg because they pressed the stain into both legs. All the lady said was sorry no offer to try to clean them properly. So I tried to clean them at home and was able to remove most of the stain with Shout and going thru the washer. but the area that they pressed melted something into the fabric so the slacks are relegated to yard work from now on. If the cleaners had just done a simple pre-treatment like I asked them to, everything would have been fine. I will be giving up my dukedom and will never return here. I advise you to avoid them as well!

We have never had a problem with them damaging any of our items although our orders are fairly straightforward, dress shirts, suits, and the occasional dress or winter jacket. Often times if we drop off our clothes early enough (before 8 am to 9 am depending how busy they are) they will accommodate same day pick up after 3pm if they can. The employees here are nice and the lady at the front recognizes me and pulls the clothes by my surname even before I give her my number. When we first started using this drycleaner my husband would be the only one coming in to drop off and pick up. One day I came in and gave them our name/number and they thought I was my husband's daughter instead of his wife even though my husband and I are only 4 years apart in age...I'll take the compliment, customer for life!
