I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

The slacks had something splashed on them at a restaurant (some kind of sauce) and I specifically asked them to pretreat and remove the stain. The lady marked the stained areas with a sticker. When I picked up the slacks another lady was there and had no idea if the stain had been removed. So I checked and not only did they not get the stain out it appears that they spread the stain into the pants leg because they pressed the stain into both legs. All the lady said was sorry no offer to try to clean them properly. So I tried to clean them at home and was able to remove most of the stain with Shout and going thru the washer. but the area that they pressed melted something into the fabric so the slacks are relegated to yard work from now on. If the cleaners had just done a simple pre-treatment like I asked them to, everything would have been fine. I will be giving up my dukedom and will never return here. I advise you to avoid them as well!
