My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get their house cleaned. It was a complete waste of money.
