The before and after photos speak for themselves, but I'll just add that Jeff was personable, communicative, and easy to work with. He knows his carpets and knows how to clean them thoroughly. We have a large dog who tracks in dirt and dander and is known to slobber on toys and treats (and also occasionally vomit up said treats). I didn't even really notice the pet odor until Jeff took care of it and it wasn't there anymore! He did a deep clean and also got out all of the stains (despite my prior attempts at removing them). It didn't take long at all. He took care to dry the carpet as much as possible, and gave good advice on future stain removal. Overall, I can't recommend him enough for your carpet cleaning needs in the Southern California area.

But this time the timing worked out and they did a very good job. Dane is very professional and the two guys that dis the initial cleaning were not very detail oriented and didn't do things in an efficient way. For one thing, they put all the small tables and miscellaneous things on top of the beds. They sbould have put them in the living room which has hardwood floors. They worked hard cleaning but they didn't bother to check for any stains or spots they missed. When Dane came, I pointed out to him several spots and traffic areas that didn't get cleaned well. Dane went over again and cleaned all the areas that did not get cleaned properly. I will definitely use him again but I am going to check all the areas after they are done and make sure they did not leave any areas unclean. Their prices are competetive and a good value considering everything is getting pricier by the day.

I've had my area rugs cleaned several times over the years, but this was the absolute best customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way. Drop-off was a breeze and, once again, they accommodated my work schedule. I forgot to take a Before photo but have attached an After photo showing how pristine their work was! I'll keep referring people to them because of how amazingly they treated me and my rugs. FIVE STARS for 10/10 customer service and 15/10 quality.

I was so impressed at the final reveal, I couldn't believe our carpets looked BRAND NEW, like how they did when we moved in, I audibly gasped! Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now. They made both bathrooms sparkle like new, and I am most appreciative. Abby is calm, professional, hard working and kind. My wedding dress zipper kept getting stuck even though tried to adjust it, so she replaced the whole zipper entirely, and it was perfect! I also brought my reception dress here for alterations as well. After my wedding, I brought both dresses and my veil back for dry cleaning, and she had it ready for pick up in 3 days.
