When I later called them (not knowing it was the same company), Mike admitted he knew the pool and had told the previous owner he could not actually fix it -- only patch it temporarily. When I asked questions, he refused to answer. We later ended up in court and found out he knew the previous owner personally. We also discovered we were charged a different rate for the same service and the invoice notes didn't match what actually happened. Very dishonest experience. I would not trust this company.

They came out just a couple hours after I called with my emergency (tub blockage), and not only quickly determined what was going on and fixed it, they noticed a problem tied to the blockage that was affecting my kitchen sink and fixed that as well, without charging me any more. Very responsive, extremely reasonable rates, no weekend or travel surcharges, and none of those greedy tactics some other plumbers use of charging just to take a look at the problem. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. My first Yelp Review. My elderly aunt had a leak (major leak) in her bathtub. I couldn't turn the water off. It was late on a Monday, I had a plumber scheduled to come at 4;00. He had been there the day before and said the only way to fix it was to drill a hole in the tub to cap it off. At 3:30, I received a call from him saying he was unable to make it and could possibly come out next week. My friend said call Action Plumbing. The girl on the phone took my call very seriously and said she would get someone out right away. James beat me there, he was fantastic!. He informed me it was a much easier fix than I was told. He didn't need to drill into the tub and fixed it in 30 minutes. He also found a leak under the house and fixed that. I've always been a bit leery of plumbers, electricians, mechanics most trades, as i know very little. James informed me every step of the way and gave a very fair price. April and Dale were such a big help to me today. When you have to have the water shut off to your house because your shower won't stop running there is a timeframe that you'll ideally have things fixed. With such a dated fixture we were in that much more of a difficult spot. April personally spent the better part of her day trying to sort through pieces to make a 'band-aid' cartridge work. Although we ended up needing to go a different route, Dale took his time to explain every item of concern to me while providing options. He ended up coming out last minute at the end of the work day to make sure we could have water to the rest of the house. It was such a positive experience for such a stressful obstacle thrown in my path. We are looking forward to working with Action Plumbing again. read more

Called Dale on Christmas weekend because my mother in law was in town staying at our home and she flushed wet wipes down the toilet for a week and plugged the sewer line so tight that I needed a Router Router.
