It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

He answered on the second ring, immediately understood the issue, and told me his Vice President would be at my house within the hour. Just 30 minutes later, Rudy arrived and quickly confirmed the diagnosis with his equipment. Jose immediately recognized the urgency of the situation. Not only were we without heat in freezing temperatures, but our family was also at risk of further carbon monoxide exposure. By 5:00 p.m. that same day, Air Flow Pros had sourced and delivered a new furnace, assembled a six-person crew, and begun removing the old unit. By 8:00 p.m., the new furnace was professionally installed, the work area was spotless, and our home was once again warm and safe. The service was truly outstanding. Air Flow Pros delivered a high-quality product at a fair price and completed the entire job within eight hours of my initial call. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them without hesitation.

They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes. I was using a lot of tools and equipment from this shop and it was nice on time delivery, good customer service till this morning June 19th when I came to return back the material lift. 3guys moved out the lift from my truck, scratched floor on the bed, bent the front bed door, almost smashed the front shell window if I didn't prevented and asked them. After that one of them told me that the cable locker is not on the lock position and they will charge me for parts replacement after they will do inspection of this lift. I kindly ask to check the equipment together because it was lock when we loaded the lift, but the guy who called that he is supervisor and don't need my request, he was angry and spoke in a high tone. I don't know what happened with people - please be kind and patient. read more

This is the best tool rental spot in San Francisco. I know that because I've been to them all. The crew here is solid and knowledgeable. I've been renting here for a decade, and it's always hassle free. In the rare case they don't carry what I need, they know where to send me to find it. When I'm doing something outside my regular line of work, they have advice and pointers about how to get the project done. Most of the guys in there know my dogs name, which I appreciate,.. like a small town tool rental spot amidst one of the greatest construction economies in the world. I had the job to try to put together a beverage carbonation and dispensing system for an upcoming event, using a box of old mismatched regulators, gauges and valves. Tino, the plumbing expert, wasn't phased at all. Tino had me put my various parts onto the cart and went to work, pulling down all the fittings, hoses, gaskets and other pieces I needed. He wheeled the cart between different departments educating me on what sizes and types went with each other. Creating new new ways to use the parts, when needed. I am not new to plumbing projects, but without Tino's expert help, I would not have been able to figure out what I needed and pull off this project. When I got home my system came together without a hitch, and everyone at the event got to benefit from Tino and his creative expertise The entire time Tino was helping me also kept my impatient little dog happy with pets, treats and kind words. Shadow normally gets very anxious after more than 5 minutes in a store, but this time at Center, she not only had a good time, but also found a new friend.
