She spoke over me and like I was a child.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was told my vision plan covered both contacts and glasses. They billed me for the exam instead and I never got my contacts. Jessica said the authorization was sent to my insurance but she lied! Ms. Salivar in administration said she did not and they would not send it! Saldivar said to find another optometrist and hung up. Edit/update of review; I had to knock off a star for the following reasons; When my husband's glasses came in and he went to go pick them up, They had a new girl there who handed him his glasses and didn't even properly look at them or sit down with him to try them on and make sure they fit right, She just simply handed him his glasses and said there you go, and walked away... So my husband just left. . . I thought it was standard procedure to sit down with the customer to have them try on the glasses? I guess not here! So when he got home and began to inspect them, he noticed a whole lens was missing! Lol !!! So he had to drive back up there, after explaining the situation they told him that they had to resend his glasses back to get fixed and that they would put it on "expedited shipping" ... Which he still waiting on now, But it's only been about a week. They even tried looking around the office to see if it was anywhere around, checking the trash cans lol... Another reason for a star being knocked off, was he had a follow-up appointment set up for a certain day and time, They called yesterday to reschedule that time, from in the morning to in the afternoon, okay no big deal there, but then the very next day they called back This time to reschedule the appointment date altogether! Just two days prior to the actual appointment date! (super short notice) As the technician was not going to be in that day... And of course it was a day that my husband already requested off work for!! So now he has to request another day off! Ugh. Just thought these were worthy reasons to mention, The quality of the glasses were good though, even with the missing lens, He was still able to see good out of the one lens lol, the people are really nice too! and its still a better option for medical patients than most other eye doctors in Bako. read more

Definitely recommend this facility for any need for an optometrist. Nataly Kalbakji, OD is who seen me and since day one she was very professional. She definitely took good care of me. The doctor and staff are . The routine exam was easy and quick.. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the wait on glasses you order and purchase there. I ordered both reading and distance glasses. They told me it'd take up to 4 weeks to receive them and it took way longer than that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When you ask them when they think they will arrive they say "We don't know." Highly unsatisfactory answer[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I left due to being upset and had to retrieve my prescription at a later time, only to be given the wrong one, so I had to again go back. The prescription the doctor wrote for me is completely wrong and I can't see out this prescription. Let's start from the beginning. There is plenty of parking spaces no matter the time of your appointment. Dr. Kim the Ophthalmologist is located on the 4th floor. From the moment you enter the facility the office is clean But what's more important is the Chair-side manner and amazing professionalism from Dr. Kim. I believe I was his last patient of the day and he was not rushed. He answered all of my questions. He made sure I didn't leave with out concerns or questions. He took his time and made sure I was okay. Dealing with loosing eyesight on one eye is not easy. He made sure life would still be okay. I left feeling happy. He's amazing and knowledgeable.
