The doctor and staff were all very prompt and friendly when working with my son. The doctor explained everything well. I am very disappointed with this optometrist office. They are a pretty office in a nice location, but that's about all they have to offer. I have been going to this office repeatedly in attempts to get fitted for contacts. Each time I leave I am given contacts to either do not fit or are the wrong prescription. I have worn contacts since I was in high school, and have never had issues like this getting fitted. I called today to express my interest in going to another office in hopes of receiving more adequate care. I was told that although I do not have contacts that fit me, both myself and my insurance have already been billed. They have no interest in resolving the issue, leaving me without contacts until my benefits regenerate. Not to mention my co-pay that I paid out in exchange for functioning contacts that I never received. read more

I had my first visit at IEC, I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I was not there very long before I was called for my appointment. I have been to many other OD offices over the years in this city and had to wait for some time before ever being called back for a prelim exam. IEC was excellent and thorough, with a very good selection of glasses. I finally found me an OD and will be back next year. I will be bringing my young son here for his exam. My husband couldn't believe the difference their lenses made. Apparently the Optometrist office he used had very low quality lenses. You'd blink & they'd scratch.
