If I could give zero stars, I would. Our home warranty contracted Adam's Air Care to fix our AC unit, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They replaced our condenser but neglected to replace the evaporator coil. A second, reputable AC company that handles our bi-annual maintenance later informed us that the new condenser was incompatible with the old evaporator coil. We contacted our home warranty again, and they sent Adam's Air Care back to assess. Their technician insisted a new evaporator coil wasn't necessary. During this time, we were out of state and provided the technician with a lockbox code to access our home for the assessment in early September. Fast forward to when we returned home 90 days later, and we discovered a massive stain on our brand-new carpet under the attic access. No one else had been in the house during that time except for their technician. We immediately contacted the owners, Barbara and Frank Adams, and sent detailed photos of the damage. While we understand accidents happen, we expected a responsible business to take accountability and resolve the issue. Instead, we were met with excuse after excuse. Barbara claimed the stain was from the attic ladder, which we disproved with photos showing where the ladder touches the carpet. After two weeks of emails back and forth, Barbara and Frank repeatedly denied responsibility and refused to make things right. Initially, they offered a measly $25 "goodwill gesture" but later retracted that offer after we called to discuss the matter further. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. If you value your time, money, and home, do yourself a favor and find another company. Adam's Air Care is not worth the headache or the risk. Avoid them at all costs. read more

We had the same experience with First American Homebuyers - they have left our A/C unit repair work incomplete. The terrible job they did reflects their commitment to safety and their community. The unit has three electrical wires running out of the top (I suppose a faster way of repairing it, than taking the extra 10 minutes to remove the screws to the top of the unit) and wired them outside of the unit leaving them exposed. When we contacted Adam back and reminded him we have children at play in the area, he said he would make it back out in the next week. Now he won't return our phone calls. If you read this Adam - you can still fix this SIMPLE issue by calling the customer from WO# 0423. I hope you didn't perform 422 other shoddy jobs. The insurance company, First American Homebuyers, is no better. We have called and left several messages with them to follow up on this claim and no one has returned our request. I warn no one to do business with either of these companies, as they don't follow up with their customers or honor their own policies. read more

when i first called adams air care i was a first time home buyer and i hadnt had my a/c unit break down on me until a month after i bought my house. when i called the person who answered the phone took care of me right away and had someone out there later that day. they told me a needed a whole new unit and with my luck the owner worked with me on paying him for the unit and the labor. i was very apprechiative that he did that since im a single mother and my child is only one. we were in the heat for a few days but the own helped us out by letting us borrow fans till the new unit got installed. these people are amazing people and helped me out alot thank you so much. read more

I'm very surprised of the poor review which is listed here! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years or more and got a courtesy call from office staff about this on going problem. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE APPLY GOOD REVIEWS THAT ARE DESERVED. I have never seeked out another A/C company just because I believe that no one else can do as well as this one. just a few days ago my system was starting to act up and i didn't know what was wrong with it so i called Adams air care and they came out the next day. it wasn't anything major so it didn't cost me that much ,and the technician that came out there was very fast and did an amazing job at fixing the a/c unit. it was all low cost so i didn't have to spend a whole pay check and fixing my unit which i was very happy about. thank you so much for all your help Adams air care. read more

I had them come to my home for complete install it was a very good job done, i have had no problems and it looks professional and the people i worked with were very caring. ive never experienced such great customer service before they came out last week to service my unit and and they fixed every problem. this was great considering im 8 months pregnant and cant be in a 100 degree weather. the technician that came out was very friendly and sweet he did everything he could to get it done in one day and not have to come back. over all they have been an amazing company to work with thank you so much. read more
