She constantly would post on her instagram story dates she had available to tattoo so I would swipe up to snag the date however she would message back saying to email her to secure the date. But whenever I emailed her for one of those dates (seconds after posting the story because I turned my notifications on) she would say they were taken. Multiple times she would send me dates she was available and after I responded saying yes to any and all dates she gave me, she would email back saying "sorry this is taken already". After months of back and forth trying to get a date set, we finally set a date & I get the tattoo. Now, I've been trying to schedule a touch up with her and it's always some excuse to not schedule on the dates I give her. Or she would give me a date and time, I say yes, then she would respond a few days later saying "sorry love I don't do touch ups on that day" even though she gave me the date... so again we go back and forth on a date. Ive been trying to get in with her since May for this touch up. Not for the lack of availability on my end but because every date I give it's a " sorry love don't do touch ups that day" and every date she gives, she forgets and says "sorry love I'm booked already (after giving me the date). It's unfortunate I have to go to someone else to get her work touched up. I think if you have time to post rants on your story all day and post about how you've responded to all emails, you have no excuse to not email someone back after a few days. Multiple occasions she would post on her story "all emails responded to" yet I would be waiting days for a response back.. She is unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone. I'm still waiting for an email back from her after sending her multiple emails this week but she had time to post today that she responded to all emails so I'll leave it at that.

She was incredibly professional, patient, and most importantly, amazing with my 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, that matters more than anything. One thing I really appreciated was that she doesn't use a piercing gun. I didn't even realize that was important until doing research online, but she took the time to explain why a needle is safer and more precise. That immediately gave me confidence that we were in the right place. She was also very intentional with the placement. She didn't rush anything, carefully marked the ears, checked with us multiple times, and made sure we were 100% comfortable before moving forward. That level of care really stood out. The whole process felt calm, thoughtful, and professional, which made a huge difference for my daughter's experience. Claire made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy and positive. If you're considering ear piercings, especially for a child, Claire at Rockabilly is absolutely the person to go to!

Okay...I found Tattoo Factory by chance. Just googled Tattoo Shops near me. And blamo...there was…read moreone not too far away. Then I did the responsible thing and looked at online ports and reviews. THEN booked a consultation for a sleeve in late 2025. The consult process was GREAT and a few days later, the work had begun! My artist was Wonka, although any of the artists at the shop are great! And the sleeve is AMAZING. It was a long journey of going back every few weeks for a bit more and a bit more...and a bit more. We licensed to my body's response, honored the healing process, and enjoyed the trek. A few months later, and the right arm was done. And? It healed BEAUTIFULLY. And received a flash piece for a Friday the 13th event in March 2026 by Percy. LOVE IT. I've had many a tattoo...and many a tattoo artist and shop. The folks at Tattoo Factory are like family. The process from consult to finishing touch-ups to even just staying in contact now: memorable and highly recommended. Wonka also refreshed a 20-year-old shoulder piece, as well as two 16-year-old forearm pieces. We've started work on the left arm...and are planning additional work on my back.
