Fast, friendly and professional. We came on a Friday afternoon around 3 and there was a decent group ahead of us so we had to wait 30 min. It was my first time getting a piercing and the lady at the front was super helpful with answering questions and showing us different options. I liked that they have a titanium option for new piercings since my skin is a bit more sensitive. A bit more expensive at $50 for both piercings instead of $40. The actual piercing process was very smooth. They dot your ear so you can make sure you like where it goes and then the actual procedure is quick and pretty painless. I just got my bottom earlobe pierced. The actual space is pretty big. They have the main front waiting area where you check in and pay and then on the side and in the back they have separate walled off spaces for each tattoo or piercing artist. Was looking to get my ears pierced for the first time! I had a friend recommend this place and had a great experience! Service was very friendly and fast. They only do walk ins no appointment. We got there on a Friday early after noon and only waited 30 mins to get pierced. They had a constant flow of customers which was a good sign. The only piercing was very quick and painless! They were very clean and sterilized. Piercing both my ears was only $40 per person and they offered titanium earrings for an addition $10 if you were more sensitive to metals. I got my snakebites here yesterday, and I just want to say that it was probably the best experience I've ever had with needles. Erica was my piercer and she is absolutely AMAZING, her level of professionalism along with her friendliness made me so much more comfortable. She took a lot of time just making sure my piercings were going to be even, which made me way less anxious because an uneven piercing was my biggest fear. I usually have a bad physical reaction with needles (dizziness), and she encouraged me to lay down and let me get my second piercing done while I laid down which helped a ton. I got my nose pierced hair about four years ago and came back with my friend to get our ears pierced. A few weeks ago I stopped in to see about making an appointment and Anthony was able to schedule me for the next day. I got a small tattoo of Lambert The Sheepish Lion on my arm. Would definitely reccommend this place if you want walk-in piercings, process was fairly quick and the guy who pierced me was very nice and funny. They had proper technique and consultation was free. They're very well informed and experienced, and they show you the aftercare steps. Prices for piercings are reasonable too, I paid $80 for snakebites. This rating is based on customer service. I walked in with some questions regarding a lip piercing and the lady working the front was extremely rude towards me. She barely greeted me when I walked in and seemed annoyed to help me out. I asked about a lip piercing and before I could ask anything else she said "paperwork is over there." Okay...then I wanted to ask a couple more questions "how is the swelling?" "What would you rate the pain?" Her reply was "well you're getting stabbed in the face" and "depends on the pain could be a 4 could be a 10" she seemed annoyed to have to answer my questions. I panicked and said "okay I will do it." She then quickly disappeared into the back. I got a weird feeling so I just walked out. I have been here previously a couple years ago for a tattoo and belly button piercing, both times I had an amazing experience. I wanted to get my belly button re-pierced this past Saturday and walked in. There were a good amount of people waiting which was not surprising as it was a weekend. The girl at the front desk had an attitude right away with me. I told her I wanted to get my belly button pierced to which she asked me "do you wear high waisted jeans and pants"? I said yes, usually. she then said "yeah you probably shouldn't get your belly button pierced then. I then said "well I've had it done twice before" and she then replied with "oh those didn't work out, why?" and I said well I put cheap jewelry in it and it rejected out. She then stated "well it will probably happen again". At this point I was very taken aback by her seemingly trying to not book me for the piercing. I also didn't understand the interrogation as to why I wanted the piercing, I am a paying customer and wanted the service, I am also a heavily tattooed person with a tongue piercing and nose piercing, so I am not new to any of these things. I also have never been treated like this in any shop I've been in. She then said "well you'll have to want to wait an hour and 45 minutes", to which I said "no thank you I'll go somewhere else". I would have been willing to wait had it not been for the horrible front desk service. I am not sure how the piercer and tattoo artists would feel knowing she is activly trying to turn people away and letting profit walk out the door. read more

Walked in with my cousin. She got her third lobe piercing and a cartilage piercing! Then, I was up next for my second lobe piercing and second right ear cartilage piercing! It was super fast and easy. It's a clean place, they wear gloves, you get cleaned, then you get an array of purple dots to see possible points for your piercings, then back up on the table for your piercings... quick and basically painless. My cousin didn't feel it in her lobes. She felt the one in her cartilage but later in the day said it was only a bit tender. Then, we were sprayed with saline solution. We were given paperwork about how to care for our ears. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Quick and easy! Def recommend. read more

She answered all of our questions and she was very patient in showing us different earring styles and sizes that came with our piercings as well as showing us a variety of placement on our ears by adding dots and lines. Price: 2 lobes for $40 and conch is $40. My friend had 2 lobes pierced as well and her helix cost $40. I went here again because I felt comfortable the first time, the prices are amazing, so many earring options that come with piercing, and they are all so friendly, and chill! i'm usually not one to write a review but a couple weeks ago I came in to get my nose pierced, I've been coming here for a long time have gotten every single piercing all from the same person he's a male and I should ask his name next time i come (if i do) he's done my whole family's piercings for years never a complaint for him he usually says "ready to get stabbed" as a joke anyways this time I came in he wasn't there and It was a women piercer honestly right there I should've just came back another day but I didn't know if he still worked there or not so I decided to just get it done she was a little rude but that's whatever i work long days so i'm just assuming she was maybe almost off and wanted to leave but i felt she rushed through my piercing and pierced it REALLY crooked i noticed it right in the car but didn't think too much about it since it was probably swollen but after healing for a while i've never had a piercing hurt this bad and look this bad this isn't my first time getting it pierced or re pierced so yeah no never again will i be going back to her but maybe i can see going back to him the vibe of the place isn't like other shops they're more of a come more than an hour before they close because they will stop taking people even if there's only 2 people in line read more

I am not updating this review. However I am posting another review regarding two piercings that I received 3 months ago by the owner of the establishment. Both of the piercings remained in place with the initial posts until I removed them just one weeks ago. Once removed I attempted to try using my sterling silver earrings which would replace what I had removed. I could not thread the new earrings through the holes. The holes did not aligned, this caused extreme pain while attempting to thread my earrings. Due to this fact, the holes have closed. I paid $80 bucks with a $20 tip for something I cannot use. read more

This shop has great pricing for piercings and wonderful piercers. Ryan helped my friend and I out with lobe and helix piercings. He was super kind and quick too. It costed $40 for two lobe piercings and $40 for one helix piercing. The whole vibe of the place is very eclectic and laid back. They were playing old school music videos and every booth had their own unique decorations with beautiful art work. Reception staff up front seemed a bit overwhelmed with a long line of guests, so the check in process was a bit unclear. We had to ask another guest what they did to check in because we weren't greeted. There was a quick waiver to sign and we needed to provide our IDs for them to make a copy of.
