I didn't even realize that was important until doing research online, but she took the time to explain why a needle is safer and more precise. That immediately gave me confidence that we were in the right place. She was also very intentional with the placement. She didn't rush anything, carefully marked the ears, checked with us multiple times, and made sure we were 100% comfortable before moving forward. That level of care really stood out. The whole process felt calm, thoughtful, and professional, which made a huge difference for my daughter's experience. Claire made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy and positive.
