Out of all the companies, Altruistic Heating and Cooling stood out by offering the best price--thousands less than the others. They also went above and beyond by providing a portable AC unit to keep the tenants comfortable until the installation, which was a huge relief. While some companies tried to pressure me with last-minute offers and discounts, Altruistic's straightforward approach and reasonable pricing made the decision easy. They even included a free bonus service of two maintenance calls per year for four years. The installation went smoothly, and although I had to follow up to ensure the job was fully completed, Altruistic responded quickly and finished everything as promised. They had left a note in the final invoice saying, "We need to return some time (date removed) to install the flue pipe." As a property manager, I expect to handle follow-ups, so this wasn't a major issue for me. But I followed up with them to get this done before we made the payment.
