The bartenders were very attentive and appreciative of their customers business and customers drink orders...there was an older gentle behind the bar mainly in and out I heard someone say he was the owner but he seemed pretty hardworking and very hands on I love seeing owners actually working at their own business from time to time, although this was my first time so I can't say exactly how hands on he is but if he's the manager he was doing a great job as well. Also upon entering they have armed security guards that check your I.d and belongings to give you A sense of security while you are there enjoying yourself, pool tables and juke boxes are available as well. The breakfast buffet the day I came was horrible and looked worn down and had nothing appetizing on it... including the nasty, old scrambled eggs. They did have decent coffee. And honestly, I just needed a place to sit and work, so they offered that. The restroom is oddly configured and small... you walk in the men's room and there are three doors, thinking these are all stalls and no urinals, but walk in the first one and it's a urinal only. Odd! The seating in the lounge is ok, but there were many families with loud kids, so that makes it tough to work, concentrate, and make work-related calls. Overall, if this was my home airport, I'd never return to a Centurion and I'd probably cancel my platinum card. They need to work on this place!
