From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome. We sat out back with our Gigi and service was amazing! Nice little spot out there if you have kids that need some running around or a pup like us who we bring everywhere! The breakfast was very good. I've been in Knab a couple other times and this place has the tastiest breakfast by far! Thank you so much for the superb service, great food and welcoming my pup. (That was definitely the key)

My wife and I visited Adria's Restaurant for breakfast and found it to be just ok. There were very few people dining when we arrived, yet the service was still very slow. My coffee was good, but it quickly became cold and the server never came back around to check on us or to provide a refill/warm up. The food was about as good as I could make at home-which isn't saying much because I'm a terrible cook. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were a strange consistency. The potatoes had almost no flavor at all and the bacon was chewy and cold. My wife enjoyed the side of pancakes, which I tried, but didn't find them to be anything special. This is probably not a place I'll be eager to return to.

Service was pretty damn incredible. Cold beer friendly service! But the food steak was super gristley and not medium rare like I had asked and for my side of potatoes they were cold And the Mac and cheese tasted like there was dirt or mold in it! I had high hopes because the ambiance was awesome karaoke was great. But the food failed!

Cheesesteak Sandwich, didn't have the jalapeños (which were an up charge) and just tasted like a cheesy meat mush.

Not a great dining experience. We are staying in Kanab for an evening on vacation, just got done with a big hike and wanted some dinner. Stopped by Adria's and unfortunately it wasn't a great pick; -Service was slow, looked like 3 people working front of house at max. We waited for probably 10-15 minutes before being waited on. -A table came in and sat after we were sat and they got served first. They also got their food before us and were out the door by the time we got our food. -We got fried pickles as an appetizer which wasn't too bad. Then we got a wedge salad, Buffalo chicken sandwich, and 2 cheesesteak sandwiches. Was told the wedge and the chicken were decent, but the cheesesteak sandwiches were very disappointing. Essentially tasted like cheesy meat mush. Didn't see any mushrooms, very little peppers and my jalapeño's (which were an upcharge) didn't seem to be on my sandwich. We were probably there for an hour and a half, waiting about 50 minutes for our food when there were maybe 14 customers in the entire restaurant (counting us and the people sitting at the bar just drinking) so food times should not take that long. They claimed to be a "new" restaurant on their signage outside, but it looks like they've been there for over a year or so, so I'm not sure that would be a great excuse for the service. I understand being understaffed or being a new restaurant, but ultimately if you want a good bite to eat with a good experience, I'd look elsewhere. They didn't seem to be aware or apologetic of their sub par service.

Went for dinner tonight. The food and service was excellent. We each ordered different meals and we were all happy with our selections.

A delightful encounter in Kanab, the small town along the way on our road trip to Salt Lake City. A…read morewonderful meal. Pistachio Chicken: The chicken breast was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a thin, crispy crust that was especially impressive. The sauce blended the mild aroma of Poblano chili, the creamy richness of butter, and the unique fragrance of herbs. Most precious was the pistachio aroma, both vibrant and subtle, without overpowering or masking the other flavors, creating a delicate balance. Even the saltiness was just right, subtle and delicate. The surface was garnished with pico de gallo, fresh, sweet, tangy, and spicy, balancing the potential heaviness of the sauce. The asparaguses were also very fresh, with a natural fragrance, but perhaps a little too mild with the sauce. Kanab Cowboy Ribs: The pork ribs were slow-cooked and roasted until they were so tender that they easily fell off the bone, offering no resistance when cutting into them. The homemade barbecue sauce coated it thickly, rich and sweet, with an authentic American barbecue flavor. It might be a bit too sweet for most Chinese palates, but I thought it was quite good. The agave mustard vinaigrette seemed more decorative; I nearly couldn't really taste it. Lemon Sorbet: Homemade sorbet, offering the most soulful finish. It was breathtakingly beautiful at first glance; the simple white porcelain plate and glass were limpid and elegant, perfectly matching the sorbet's style. Unlike typical sorbets that emphasize extreme acidity, this restaurant took a different approach, with a gentle, even subtle, acidity that brings out the natural, lively fragrance of lemon, like Lolita's touch through pale silk. The texture was also delicate and smooth, without any ice crystals. Everyone was captivated; some even ordered an extra to take away. The restaurant claims that ingredients come from its organic garden. This might be a pointless gimmick, but the cooking and presentation of the dishes conveyed a consistent level of refinement and care, making it all the more valuable.

As the sun sets, the patio lights softly brightens and gives the patio a nice romantic vibe! Kelly was really nice and informed us what's on the menu. We had Cabernet Sauvignon, soda, Caesar salad and some wild sliders! The cab is so well priced! Salad and the wild sliders were so good! We enjoyed our view and the meal. My only hesitation of coming back here when we're in the area again is the 3% surcharge for credit card!

I enjoyed the smoked chicken, especially. The brisket was very tender. Service was kind and quick. No complaints. One odd thing is that me and another guest at the table both ordered an extra side of brisket to go along with our meals and they served it on the same platter. When it was about half gone and I had asked for my side, they said they put both portions on the same dish and that is just weird and made it awkward. However, they did bring me an extra little cup of brisket. Still odd that they would do that. The atmosphere was cool, but the live entertainment that night was singing very depressing songs which honestly just mismatched the vibe of the whole restaurant and ruined the mood. Happy I tried Iron Horse, but probably wouldn't come back between the odd service and the sad entertainment not matching with the expected vibe of the place. A lot of potential with this restaurant though.

The restaurant seemed clean. It was cute that they have like a little ghost town set up outside, they have a lot of seating inside and outside. The restrooms are outside...and heated! There is a door to go in to a gift shop in the same space as the entrance to the dining area. There was a group of us and our waitress was on top of it, had no problem splitting the checks and stayed organized so that she could easily do so! I'd love to give it 5 stars, but my brisket plate was just okay. Two small pieces, the mac and cheese was pretty simple, the toast was just not toasty...the slices of brisket I was given were good. And I did enjoy the sweet potato with cinnamon and brown sugar. My husband enjoyed his Frank Sinatra burger and fries. So we were not disappointed with Iron Horse at all, we just didn't walk away impressed either. Not much else in the area so with limited options they don't really need to go all out.

The guy at the register was helpful in a genuine way- poor dude is sporting a shoulder injury, but didn't slow him down. I got the Cuban steak plate with the grilled onions, which was amazing! Only complaint is the beans were more liquid than beans, but there are never enough beans for me and they were flavorful. I poured the sauce on my rice and ate every bite. The tres leches is beyond amazing though! It's soaked, but not soggy with cinnamon on top. I got it to go and gave my boyfriend exactly one bite then claimed it all for myself. They also have a pay it forward wall where you can give an amount of money for people experiencing a hard time. While I was there someone came in asking to wash dishes for some food and the register guy made sure he saw the cards and got fed. That is something special for this business to not only not look over those in need, but go out of their way to take care of them. It really says a lot about the kindness of owners and employees.

I didn't expect to see Cuban food in the middle of Utah, yet here we are. Grab a menu from the counter and have a seat or just order. Between the four of us we had: 1. Cuban Pork plate - tender pieces of roasted pork with rice and black beans. 2. The Smothered Burrito - a stuffed burrito covered with cheats sauce. My buddy had this and ate it heartily. The only comment I received from him was that it was very good. 3. Steak sandwiches- Slices of tender sirloin steak, wrapped in deliciousness. 4. I had the double western cheese burger. Two patties, cheese, bacon and an onion ring. It was very good but a little over cooked for me. All in all we enjoyed the location, the service was very helpful and attentive.
