They either don't have the part or the model and tell us to go to the dealer we purchased our RV from. The woman at the front is not warm or friendly and has a habit of talk at you or down to you. She's not customer friendly at all. We finally stop giving this establishment second, third and fourth chances. We do not recommend this place at all. I try to alway go to small mom and pop places but avoid this one unfortunately. They don't even try.

The prices on the gas cans has risen significantly and the glue was overpriced. Will try a Dollar Store or Walmart for these items.

As of July of 2026 the car still drives terrible and they have put 2 different converters in my Audi. The guy they had working on my car had no experience working on audi's before and told me so. Parts of my car were removed and thrown away with no logical explanation. When we brought it back they tried to charge $700 for labor even though our warranty covered parts and labor. The endless lies they've told I could write a book on. They get disrespectful and loud when you challenge them on their bs. Iteca is a good person, everyone is are LIARS! The guy checked it and said no the battery is fine it's just corrosion. You gotta take it off. He didn't tell me what to buy nothing just I need to fix it. So I went to Autozone Miami lakes near the ihop (183rd st) and I asked the guy to help me get with getting the corrosion off. He helped and I went to work. I get off at 6pm, battery died again. So I played it with and lucky it started. I head to Publix and come back battery dead. Now it's 7:10pm I call the tow truck because I'm like if it's not the battery then what is it. Tow truck comes at 8:55pm. He test the battery first and says it's done you need a new one. He jumps it and I go to Autozone on 441 & Miramar store #1255 and I get Mr. Arden. Now it's 9:26pm and Arden says we don't service batteries this late. I explained to my whole story and anybody would be upset because when I first originally went to Autozone Miramar the man should have told me my battery was dead. He didn't do his due diligence with my vehicle. Very lazy. Mind you I got my battery from autozone so it was under warranty and so cmon. Anyways Mr. Arden kindly checked my battery and concluded I needed a new and changed it for me. He really didn't have to and I appreciate him for being so kind! I'm sending you lots of blessings your way sir. Thank you so much for helping me! Now yall don't go to Mr. Arden late, no battery service after 8pm! They have great customer service and the other Autozones need to take a page out of their book.

I said good morning and the Jamaican rep asked if I bought my drink for him..odd. I asked him if I can have someone take look at my battery because it's gone out twice and I think it's on it's last leg. He then began to play the pass the work along. Asked his punk rock Spanish co-worker who then asked the supposed manger (over-weight black guy) who all looked at each other with expression of "ah man which one of us will have to walk 50-feet to the gas station" I was then given the lame excuse by 3 able bodied men (if that's what you want to call them at the end of this review, I think not) he might get hit by a car and we'll be liable for him. Gotta love bum basic service. Most horrible customer service you could ask for. I would never give this location business ever again. A real man by the gas station gave me a jump and I was able to go down the street to AUTO ZONE where the reps were ever so helpful.
