I was a little disappointed when they didn't replace 100% everything, and we weren't told it wouldn't be replaced until after we already finished the repairs and noticed the difference. That was pretty disappointing and I think should've been pointed out before deciding to have them fix the car, since we could've gone elsewhere that the insurance company provided.
