Scooped up a new dodge challenger and stopped by here to switch up my mufflers. Let them know I didn't know much about mufflers but wanted my car to make noise. These guys were very helpful. They lifted my car and let me know what they recommended and explained how I could start with something small/cheaper and work my way up to something more powerful and high quality. Gave me a quote that was very affordable and a quote for the higher quality version and tried to fit me in same day! I let them know that with the little research I had done I was interested in flow masters and that I wasn't worried too much about price and wanted something high quality. They showed me all of the options I had with very thorough explanation of what they thought would look and sound nice on my car and asked specifics with what I was looking for. No pressure sales tactics here. I paid a small deposit and came back the next day. I was in and out very quickly during my appointment and these guys did a phenomenal job!! I really try to shop around and give my business to people who truly love what they do, pour their heart into their business and truly make their customers comfortable/happy and are experts in what they are doing. Shopping around, I was specific on not knowing much about swapping out my mufflers at other shops and they threw a bunch of lingo at me that I didn't understand and didn't care to put in effort into customer experience or walk me through the process. To start this review, I was just a walk in no appointment no call. Oscar welcomed me and heard me out before trying to sell anything(great quality in my eyes) told him I wanted to do a midpipe exhaust or a resonator delete. Brought my car in the back and got it in the air. Gave me a fair and honest quote for a resonator delete because he noticed I already had an axle back exhaust. His crew got the work done quick and clean, welds looked good and clean to me, put everything back in place as it came into the shop. We decided to upgrade our 2022 Challenger Hellcat Redeye. We selected the Borla Atak exhaust system with MBRP carbon fiber tips. They walked me through how to get the parts which fortunately arrived on time. When I called to confirm the installation, I was quoted around $250 for the installation with a 1 - 1.5 hour turn around time. When all was said and done, they charged me $180 and the car was finished in 1 hour. They even cut the MBRP tips to make them aesthetically appealing for the look of the back end of the car. The sound of the Borla system really emphasizes the shear power this car has. I couldn't be more pleased. It is abundantly clear that this shop know what they are doing with exhaust systems. I'm not a gear head but the result is more than I ever imagined possible. read more

Someone recommended this business and when I went down to talk to them and to get an estimate it was so much lower. Oscar was so helpful and explained everything so that I could understand it. I took my car in on a Fri morning and the work was completed in about an hr and he also told me that I didn't need other things that were on the other estimates I got. My Miata had an exhaust leak that I couldn't handle myself and came here to get it handled. Talked out what needed to be done for my exhaust leak and some other options, and my car was right on the lift. Came out with an exhaust leak fixed, a new catalytic converter to replace my old one, and a new muffler to get rid of the stock one. I visited Advanced Muffler 1/6/21 after someone had made a (thankfully) failed attempt to steal my Catalytic converter. My dad found this place and we chose to go here because the person on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and their prices weren't outrageous like other places we called. Upon arrival, they quickly got my car in the back, corrected my dads temporary fix with no judgment haha and got my car functioning properly again.
