Hamed is very knowledgeable, very responsive, and very laid-back and friendly. It's a phenomenal combination. He fit me in for a pre-purchase inspection on extremely short notice, which was clutch in this market where used vehicles don't last long. He saved me from buying a poorly-maintained vehicle that looked clean to a non-expert. He took the time to explain everything and teach me how to notice subtle differences in vehicle paint and surfaces that suggest prior body work, notwithstanding a clean Carfax. Later, I applied the lessons he taught me, identified a better vehicle out in Maryland, and demanded an extended test drive so Hamed could inspect this one too. Once again, he fit me in and gave the vehicle a careful inspection. I wish I lived out in Chantilly but I will try to find ways to get my vehicles out to him whenever I need major maintenance. I really love this location. I've been here every time my car has needed something for the last year. While it was in Hamed's possession, he treated me like a pristine customer. Some places will completely treat you differently if your car has crazy problems or if it is older but this place is great. He's willing to work on any car and every car!! Every time I come here I get lucky and have Hamed take care of me right away. This gentleman busts his BUTT to make sure you are happy and your car is in high-class shape and in drive-able safe condition. I've been bringing my car (Honda crv) hear for a couple of years. Hamed is always very fair and thorough went doing repairs and service. He explains what he will be doing and gives a good estimate. If he runs into an issue while doing the work, he calls and explains all the whats, whys etc. of additionally needed things. He doesn't try to force sell you repairs/service like many of the dealerships do. He completes the work as promised. I am totally satisfied with the work he has done and the charges. My wife suffered two flat tires shortly after starting her 90-minute drive home from work one evening and was towed to this shop 15 minutes before it was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM. Hamed, the owner, went above and beyond to remedy her situation (at the expense of his own priceless family time). Not having the proper tires in stock, Hamed called several places (after his shop had closed, bear in mind) until he was able to secure two tires, which a friend of his went to fetch. To keep a long story short, Hamed and his friend finished a rather involved job (removing and replacing tires from rims, rotating, balancing, etc.) fully over an hour-and-a-half past his closing time so that my queen bee could make it home safely that evening.
