We had all the carpets cleaned in our home, and Advanced Cleaning Technologies did a fantastic job! We had some old stains that previous cleaners had not been able to remove, but Brian was able to get those stains out. Our carpets are so nice and clean now - I am a very happy customer. My husband and I went on vacation and unfortunately our dogs urinated in the master bedroom. Brian (Owner) came by, took a look at all rooms and determined that only the Master bedroom was impacted and did an amazing job removing the urine and making the carpet look brand new. I also had him give me a quote for our air vent cleaning and he was able to move debris, lodged items and disinfect all vents. We also had a small amount of mold that was removed. Brian Cooper, owner and operator of Advanced Cleaning Technologies AZ, LLC, quoted me $2735 to clean carpets, clean and seal tile, clean one shower and one bathtub. This home is approximately 2800 square feet and was completely empty. Mr. Cooper stated this would be an all day job, however he was only there for approximately two and a half hours and did an extremely poor job. When asked to come back to make it right, he wanted to schedule me out another two weeks just to talk to me and when I told him that was unacceptable, he threatened that if I contacted him again he would get a restraining order on me. read more

We recently had all the carpets in our house cleaned by this company, and Brian did an excellent job! He used only non-toxic lemon oil and very hot water, and the carpets are so clean that their color has been restored to the original and now match our tile again! Also, he was wiling to move all the larger furniture that we couldn't, and even rearranged the furniture as we wanted when he replaced it. Brian 1st came to clean our disaster of a chimney and did a great job. We then had Stanley Steamer clean the duct vents, which were filthy. They left and after about a month, the ducts started to smell and I actually saw a mouse down there - yuck! I called Brian and he came out the next morning. He ran a camera through the vents and said there were 4 holes and mouse nests, plus 4.3 lbs, YES, 4.3 lbs of mouse poop! He cleaned it so it SHINED and sealed the holes and anti-bacterialized it. I had a frightening experience after another local company was out 3 weeks prior and I learned did not clean the outside cap and screen. Bryan did an excellent job of cleaning out my metal air ducts of soot, grime and other old debris. He also cleaned my dryer duct and cleaned my chimney. The air quality in this 1950's home is noticeable. I have allergies. Friendly, professional family run business. We had one room in the back of the house where one of our large dogs urinated and we did not discover it till it had dried. Tried several different products to clean the stain and remove the pungent odor with little to no success.
