Went here based on a referral to get an IP TV box. I was tired of paying exorbitant cable TV prices. Rajeev was very patient with me and explained to me how to find the channels I wanted. This IP box gives me more channels than my prior Cable company for a fraction of the price. It's a very powerful box that takes some practice to get comfortable with the controls. I had to consult with Rajeev for a few weeks to get comfortable with it. When I was using it incorrectly he had me bring it back so he could reset it for me. Great customer service. read more

They posted an item for sale on offer up. Needed by Thursday the next week. Item was listed as open box (New and unused). Ordered the prior Saturday and promised to ship out the same day. Followed up to get shipping information. Reply was "yes" with no further information (no tracking) Did not ship out until the following Tuesday. I purchased a brand new unit elsewhere to ensure I have one by Thursday. Their unit arrives Wednesday. So now I have two. Tested their unit and it's dead. Doesn't hold charge. Requested a refund but I'm outside the refund window. Their reply was it was open box. Unit was untested and not working. I would have never bought if I would have known that. So they deceive selling non working units as new never used, ship out later than what is promised and now I'm out of luck. Buyer beware. One star is too generous. IMO stay away from this business. I purchased AirPods from here (via their vending machine located in the Del Amo Fashion Center) and the headphones were sounding staticky. They looked authentic as they were packaged up with the apple logo but when I opened them and turned them on they sounded like dollar tree headphones. None of the features (noise transparency/cancellation) worked. I own AirPods and these in my opinion seem fake quality wise. I went to their in person store location and was given the run around by the employee there. He told me he couldn't do a return himself and that the manager is the only person allowed to do that. But the funny thing is he couldn't even tell me when his manager was going to be in even AFTER he stepped to a back room and "allegedly" spoke to the manager on the phone about our matter. So you mean to tell me you talked to your boss about our situation but he never told you when he'd be coming in? So what did you two even talk about on the phone then? Idk. It was strange. Didn't feel honest. Didn't make sense. What I found most suspicious is that when I first came in and explained that I felt I was being scammed the employee was trying his hardest not to smile but he was smirking. He told me to come back later that day so I could speak to the manager because the manger was due to return later that day. I did just that and the manger was still nowhere to be found. It felt shady to the max and honestly I started to feel unsafe so I decided to leave. Especially when they kept asking me for my name and number. Like why do you need that info? I'm coming to YOUR store. You should be able to resolve my issue right then and there. You don't need my personal information.You should be able to say "hey come back at this time and we will take care of it". They couldn't even tell me that. I initially used these people to repair my printer. No problem and the fee was nominal. I took my all-in-one desk top computer in for upgrades. I furnished a new hard drive and they installed it charging me $100. I had to return it three times to correct problems they did not resolve. When I went in to retrieve it the owner RAJEEV MEHRA informed me that there was an additional $30 charge to correct the issues. The problems did not exist before I took it in for the upgrades. He has refused to return my computer unless I pay the additional amount. Aside from ripping me off, he had a real sh*t attitude. I was a repeat customer and had discussed buying a lap top from him but that is now out of the question. He has lost a REPEAT customer DO NOT USE Advanced Computers & Printers. I went to Advanced Computers and Printers because I was interested in the Matricom Gbox midnight MX2 android. The owner demod the product for me and really spent time with me to explain how it works and all of its benefits. This Gbox is amazing! He programmed it with all channels and It works perfectly. These units don't come pre-programmed. So getting programmed it correctly takes some skill and know-how. Not something I wanted to tinker around with. Yes, the owner did all the hard work and I got a really, really good price too! I love the guy who runs this place. He was really personable and really made sure I am 100% satisfied. He seems really knowledgeable and while in the shop I saw a number of people come in that have been doing business with this shop for years. This place definitely gets my vote.
