The 2 stars is not for the actual service call as they appropriately serviced our units..........they just forgot to turn them back on We turned on the air with hot air blowing around all day and finally my husband went outside and saw an on/off switch........but it's not ever fun to pay for mistakes like this, especially when it's hot out. These guys are the BEST!! I had been having some breathing problems lately. I had one of their men check out our AC unit with summer coming up. He suggested two things. Having our ducts cleaned and vacuumed and installing an iWave air purifier on our heat/air unit. We had them do both things and my breathing has never been better! Such great service! I reached out to the company via Yelp to schedule a cleaning and received a quick response. A few days later the crew came out to service and clean our system. They were all so friendly and very professional. They took great care not to disturb or dirty the areas near the vents and cleaned up any debris that did get on the floor. They also properly sealed our ducts, added a safety switch and a drip pan. These items were missing from our systenm, which was surprising to learn because when we purchased the home earlier this year, we were told that the system was recently updated. They showed us before and after pictures to explain what they had done. We can aleady feel the difference with the properly sealed ducts. Thank you for the great service! Danny and Mike arrived on time. They inspected the AC condenser and immediately said it's the run capacitor that's bad...causing the problem. While Mike was removing the old capacitor, Danny went out to get a new capacitor from their vehicle. Installed the new capacitor...and viola!!! my ac is working again as expected.
