Daniel at Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning helped me out of a HUGE bind and I am so glad that I found these guys. I'm a realtor and had a house that was in escrow. Buyers had an inspection and during the inspection, it was discovered that the AC wasn't operating efficiently. Prior to calling Advanced Heating, I called another AC company and the guy told me that the AC needed a brand new condensor and sent me an estimate for $1800. He also said that the condensor was completely blown. I was a bit skeptic, and found his prognosis odd. Not that I'm an AC expert or anything. Its just that the house was vacant and the AC had been working a few days earlier (albeit "inefficient") and the AC had been off ever since. How did it go out??Wanting a 2nd opinion, I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning. I called the number on Yelp. Got ahold of Daniel and explanied the situation to him. He came out the same day. BTW, this was the Saturday before Father's day and it was hot as heck. Daniel told me that the condensor was fine, but that the condensor wire had come loose and that it needed a 2 lbs of coolant. I think there was a $75 fee because it was considered a holiday weekend, but I was willing to pay it. TOTAL cost for the service and the coolant was $250 and we were done the same day. Nowhere near the $1800 that the other guy quoted. I was thrilled, and both the buyer and my seller were thrilled. Daniel quite possibly saved the real estate transaction. Thanks Daniel!! Our A/C unit went out during triple digit weather, we called Advanced the next day at 7:00 am and someone actually answered the phone. Steve was at our house by 9 am and fixed the A/C. A very easy company to work with! I am an hour away from my rental, but Steve took care of everything, including calling my tenant to set the appointment, and emailing me an invoice to pay so I didn't have to drive all the way to Temecula just to bring him a check. So I've been waiting for the last FOUR HOURS for the A/C guy from ADVANCED HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING to show up. After 3 hours, I called him and he claimed he had no appointments this morning. He then said he was away from his appointment book, so he'd call me back. A half-hour went by with no return call, so I called back. He then claimed someone called and canceled my appointment! He asked me if maybe it was my wife. Considering she didn't know about it (it was supposed to be a surprise) that wasn't the reason. The most honest and up front company that you'll find anywhere and it helps that they are out here in the Temecula Murrieta Valley. We called several different companies that were double the cost and who tried to upsell everything even though it wasn't needed and without even inspecting our system. I have used Advanced Heating and Air twice now and I love them! They're prompt, professional, affordable, and explain everything that they do. Both times I have called, they were able to fit me in asap. My first service was during the summer time and my AC was GONE!! I worked nights and slept during the day. It's miserable sleeping in a hot house. Advanced Heating came to my rescue and Steve battled the black widows and fixed the AC unit! He even cleaned the unit so it will work better. My last service involved duct repair that was in the attic. I was unable to see the work that was done, but Kelly took pictures and sent them to me! This was especially helpful because we're in escrow selling our house and the home inspector took pictures in his report requesting repair. Provided some options i.e. Add freedom which would be a bit expensive but due to age of AC unit also gave option to not do anything at this time. My air-conditioning in my house would not spark on.. I called my home warranty and they sent two different companies to figure out my problem, they could not figure out what was going on.. Their solution was to have a metal wire coming from my attic down to my air conditioning unit outside.. I was very disheartened when I heard this news because I didn't want any wires sticking out from my attic and hanging on my walls.. Their technicians told me that was the only way it would work.. I panicked and for peace of mind I hired advanced heating air to come take a look at it. Daniel from advanced heating and air arrived today at my house he did some testing in the attic and in the unit outside .. He tried several methods to get the air conditioning unit to work and finally he figured it out and it worked again ... I was so happy that Daniel figured it out.. The nicest, professional and honest young men representing what must come down from the owner, Steve. It was a bummer but I knew it was time-- and my AC units needed replacement. I found Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning on Yelp. After reading the outstanding reviews, I chose them to help me with 'balancing' the heating and cooling in different rooms and improve airflow. Danny arrived on time and went right to work inspecting our current system. He made his diagnosis of our problem, explained what was happening(with a drawing) and his recommended fix. My original fear was either an extensive re-ducting or perhaps a zone cooling system installation, very pricey from previous experience. Danny's recommendation was to install a damper in the ducting and adjust to balance the airflow. A simple cost-effective solution that took care of my problem! With the savings from what I had feared I was going to pay, I had Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning install a QuietCool whole house fan when I scheduled the repair. Danny and his crew showed up on time ready to work and they went right to it. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They took the time to protect the carpet from debris and, when the job was finished, they cleaned up any remnants of their work, asked if there was anything else they could do for me and departed. Our heater began cycling on/off before getting to temperature. We called were greeted tremendously professionally and courteously by Denise - got us scheduled for Fri, she called and said they could come today! Awesome. Danny and Mike showed up and were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Like many homeowners we feared the worst but hoped it wasn't too serious. Danny and Mike told us exactly what was going on, turned out to be relatively simple fix which they handled straight away. WOW! My a/c broke down and it was 93 at night. I called and Steve just happened to be coming my way to check on a job. Well he came by and this guy was good. He said I think I know what your problem is and he went and checked the circuit breaker box then to the backyard and sure enough it was exactly what he thought it was.
