A few days after we met and I signed the contract, the team came out to remove old roof debris left over from a recent reroofing, removed our home's original insulation, and installed fresh batt insulation in both the attic and crawlspace. They also added rodent proofing throughout the attic while they were at it. About a month later we heard critter noises, so I texted them and they came out to inspect. He didn't find anything in the traps but reset them to be safe. Sure enough, something took the bait because we heard it go off! Jose came back shortly after and discovered 2 mice (thankfully no rats), found a gap where the roof met the garage and sealed it up. He ran an ozone generator as a precaution for any smells. A couple weeks after that we heard faint sounds again. Jose returned, found one more entry point, sealed it, and since then there's been total silence! I really appreciated how thorough and persistent they were even after the job was technically done. Solid team, fair price, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend Attic Kings!

Not only did Attic King give me the best bid, they went way above and beyond to coordinate the work with me, as I live out of the area. The communication was always prompt, and all my questions were answered with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. On the first day the crew worked an extremely long day removing all the old insulation and ducting, completely cleaning and sanitizing the attic, and installing all new ducting. They sealed every entry point they could find where rodents were getting into the attic . Then they laid traps and waited several days to come back and make sure no more rodents were getting in before they blew in the new insulation. Throughout the entire job, their representative Ofek kept me informed of progress and included pictures at each stage of the job. In an era when Customer Service seems to be a dying art, it's nice to know there's a company that puts the customer first and backs it with excellent workmanship. I could not recommend them more highly!

I completed assessments with multiple companies and decided on Critter Control because David was so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough with his work (kudos to you David!) He was happy to answer all my questions and it really put me and my family at ease. His assessment report was so detailed and we were quoted such a great price compared to other companies. Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

They were…read morecompetitive, not the cheapest, but Shannon Lee sold me on their work, along with Brandon (owner's) call to check in and answer any questions. Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

2 missed appointments by Technician:…read more I had a scheduled appointment on a Friday, in the morning for a termite inspection. The day of the appointment, at the time of the appointment, I received a txt message from the technician mentioning that they would not be able to make the appointment as they were double booked. He proposed to re-schedule the appointment. I had already taken the morning off to meet the technician, with hours and income loss. But, I decided to re-schedule for the upcoming Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, and again I take time-off work and income loss to meet with the Technician, and they don't show up the appointment. This was the second time of missed work and income. I reached out to the Company to advice them and they prompted that they could reschedule me, but at this point my trust was already broken. The Company didn't take my time seriously. Company's should learn to appreciate that their customers are taking time out of their day to meet with these technicians, which translates to missed income or having to substitute the time-off with vacation time that can be used for the family.

I feel compelled to share a cautionary tale about my recent experience with Advanced IPM, a company I once trusted to keep my home pest-free. Unfortunately, the service has taken a nosedive, and I cannot, in good conscience, let others fall victim to the nightmare I endured. Initially, Advanced IPM appeared promising, but the've been swiftly declining. Picture this: a technician, entrusted with safeguarding my home, was caught on my security cameras sitting idly in their truck across the street, neglecting their duties entirely. When I brought this to the attention of the supervisor, Zach, there was an apology, and they rectified the situation - temporarily. Fast forward to the past few months, and my once-pest-free haven has been overrun by spiders, ants, and worst of all, mice. Despite repeated assurances from different technicians, the problem persisted. It seems Advanced IPM struggles to keep a consistent team, as I never had the same technician twice, despite assurances of an "assigned" tech. Frustrated and dissatisfied, I decided to part ways with Advanced IPM, only to encounter a roadblock when I requested a refund for the last service. Enter Carlos Lopez, a so-called "supervisor" who not only lacked any semblance of customer service but also hid behind the fine print of the "customer agreement" to evade responsibility. When I highlighted my extreme dissatisfaction and the fact that I had to hire another company to address the mice and ant infestation, he dismissively claimed it wasn't their concern and suggested I should have notified them sooner. This interaction turned ugly quickly, with Carlos labeling my justified dissatisfaction and intention to share my experience on social media as a "threat." If my ordeal is any indication, Advanced IPM cares more about deflecting blame than delivering on their promises. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and the sanctity of your home, I implore you to steer clear of Advanced IPM. Their lackluster service, coupled with indifferent and defensive management, is a recipe for a pest-ridden disaster. Greg from advanced IPM came in into our house and did a thorough examination inside and underneath our house in the crawlspace because we had mice getting into one cabinet in our laundry room and one cabinet underneath the Kitchen sink. Greg did a full examination and including the attic and they checked that we had no issue in the attic. We did have mouse droppings in the two cabinets and he said we're going to need to trap those mice so we could make sure they don't get into the walls. He explained that the best process is to trap the mice using traditional past control methods. He explained that you need to get the mice so you they don't multiply. and Since we've just done and how full remodel in the kitchen it's possible that they may have come inside while we have the doors open or came in underneath the house. We also had spiders around the house and around me and earwigs that we didn't want to have getting into the house so Greg suggested they have a plan to do pest-control that does not involve harsh chemicals. It will not harm our dogs. My wife and I were so impressed with the honesty and the knowledge displayed by Greg and his team we sign them up as a supplier for us on a by bi-monthly basis. Greghad his peer Carlo come in the House the next day and did a full Cleaning of webs around the whole 10 hire house entire house and then sprayed a non-toxic lemon based pest control fluid. Around the house while they had they were doing their work we kept our dogs in the house and they suggested to not let the dogs out until the material dried. Our dogs are fine and the birds around her house are fine. So I think it's been a very good situation. Even better, is this morning one of traps Caught a mouse underneath the sink and took it out and put in a plastic bag So Carlo or Gregg can make sure what type of mouse and what the sex of the mouse. Each Carlo and Greg showed me their past control licenses and they were up-to-date! I am very pleased and look forward to their future visit so we put away this problem with the mice. read more

I am a current very satisfied customer of ADVANCED IPM. I own a home with 12 acres of property near Mark West Springs road. We've always had an ongoing rodent problem, mainly gophers & moles. Those pests not only do unsightly damage to garden and landscaping, but they also create major problems to property drainage and runoff. ADVANCED IPM is the "Only" company that I contacted that could handle the problem. They not only agreed to help us, they did it in an extremely effective manner. Our service technician Tom is a pleasure to work with. Always friendly, always on time, extremely knowledgeable with exceptional communication skills. Even with a property the size of ours, Tom has almost completely eradicated our rodent problem. On his last visit, we mentioned we were also dealing with an insect issue. Just like that, Tom took care of it then and there thus eliminating the need for our other previous pest control company. Tom saved us time and money. We had a huuuge mole problem tearing up our backyard and had spent almost $100 on do-it-yourself mole baits and poisons, and the moles seemed to like the stuff, kept coming back for more. Contacted the local county ag department and they referred me to AIPM as the only company in my area that tackled mole problems. Danny Z came out and said he could take care of the problem for us. He brought out a special machine that basically pumped lethal smoke into the mole hills. His first visit killed 90% of moles, very few new molehills after first treatment. He did a repeat treatment a couple of weeks later and we have not seen a mole or molehill since then. He also sprayed around the perimeter for ants which usually invade the house when the rainy months come around. Ants have now been almost completely eliminated. Danny shows up when scheduled, on time, and is always cheerful and great to do business with. He is also great about coming by to do an extra treatment whenever required. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him for pest control problems. read more

My mother's caregivers had brought bedbugs into her house and they were taking over! Living over an hour away and very grossed out, I called Advanced IPM. I was told they could send someone out the next day and that someone would call to confirm. Creg Todd called back within minutes and when he heard that my mother is 90, and how bad the situation was, he dropped everything and was there in less than an hour. Creg had my mother smiling and feeling better (he even called and put me on speaker so I could talk to my mom while he was there, he was so adorable with her!) and had calmed the caregiver down too (who was not the caregiver who brought them into the house and was very nervous about the situation) with the caregiver's language barrier, it's not always easy. He had a crew there in less then 48 hours and the BB are all gone! Creg has offered to inspect the caregivers home, free of charge, so she doesn't bring them back to my mother's house...he has thought of everything! I rated this company based on their technician Josh... at 5 stars but clearly with the loss of a caring highly customer service oriented employee.... the company has replaced him with someone who says one thing, doesn't listen to the customer and lacks any ability to manage my account. During covid we have been shut down and not receiving much deliver or guest... with that we didn't really require service... now that we are up and running we require service... fine that an appointment was made and then pushed to the next day... but then they pushed to Friday... after telling the technician NO, she came anyways on Friday. I wanted the service on the days we close early not on days we work late. So she came and then made excuses for her not treating our facility so she could make her money. Not cool! I will be looking for a new company. A shame because I really loved this company but I guess it was their outstanding employee/technician who made the experience top notch. read more

Wonderful experience on all levels. I needed a number of wasp nests removed from under the eaves of my 2 story home. I called AIPM at 9am - the receptionist was courteous and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for noon that same day and I was thrilled they could come out so quickly. Pavel S. arrived on time, was courteous, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed the work, explaining exactly and in detail how he would remove the nests, and provided me with a quote. I thought it a bit pricey, but needed the wasps removed. Pavel explained that the increased cost related to that the difficulty of reaching the second story eaves. Pavel worked diligently and professionally to remove all traces of the wasps and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. But what really impressed me was the fact that Pavel provided a personal promise that if the wasps returned, he would come out a remove the nests at no charge. I just wanted to say these guys are the best!!!! A gentlemen name Kris Drake had arrived to my residence to remove an issue I've been having with swarming wasps that have been on my balcony and recently started making their way and invading inside my home. Before kris entered my home he was so smart and correct on wasps surrounding my home because he already had seen a hidden wasps nest right on the corner of my front door. Then he also had went on my balcony to remove 3 more wasps homes that were hidden under the deck of my balcony. He then sprayed all the surrounding areas and also reassured me if anything happens that I can rely on his services. Joe is a rock star! Honest, hard working, professional and sacrificial. Don't call anyone else. I was helping my Veteran client with a mortgage transaction and needed a termite report. We found another company in the area to help, but at the last minute the company tried to take advantage of the situation dishonestly to make a few extra bucks. The Veteran was now going to be in a really bad financial position because of it with no time and no hope of fixing it. That's when we found Joe. Joe drove back hundreds of miles from his vacation to take a Sunday appointment to help this Veteran. We had another company for 20+years and met Rick Hernandez. When he left that company our service went so far down that we canceled. When I learned that he was working for AIPM I called my husband and said I wanted to use them. I even told my neighbor about Rick, and they joined the AIPM family. Rick is the best service tech I have ever met. He knows his work inside and out and will help you with any problem. He also explains whatever he has to do. This place was amazing! I woke up one morning covered in bites. I started googling and almost lost my mind when I realized it could be bed bugs. I started looking for a pest company that was equipped to handle the inspection. I contacted Advanced IPM. First of all, they answer their phones 24 hrs. a day. I was able to make an appoint less than 48 hours later. The gentlemen who came out was Creg Todd. He was great! on time, professional and very courteous. They had told me on the phone that the inspection was free. Creg inspected every bed in my house for bed bugs and other insects. Luckily he did not find anything but the inspection was indeed no cost to me. When my company switched to a national account I was kind of leery due to national accounts not always being the best at what they do or just a way to save the Company money. My first meeting with our new technician, Rick Hernandez was nothing but amazing. We walked the property and he listened to my concerns that I had. We get service every 2 weeks, one for spraying and the other for bait stations and I can say since Rick started at our facility our critter problem in the office became almost non existent. We bought a house in Antioch in 1995. Before we moved in my wife discovered we had ants. We called a pest control company. At some point Arturo Escudero began to service our home. He was always professional and extremely competent. He has always kept little critters out of our home. When we bought another house we told the company we'd transfer the service AS LONG as we could keep Arturo as our technician. I had a gopher problem and a different technician came out and told me I had to pay $250 for him to lay traps. I asked for Arturo and was told he was on "vacation." I found out Arturo had left the company and joined Advanced IPM so I cancelled my service and signed up with Advanced. read more

One of their lead technicians Pavel has been helping our household to successfully deal with our house plants and creepy-crawlers for several years now. Just the other day with the recent heats waves a colony of ants moved into the walls next to the staircase and began infesting our prepped Halloween candy just before we left for a big trip. i don't know how they maintain a 4star + rating. This company is terrible. I have been a customer for more than 5 years. i own a property with tennant. The tennant reported scratching in the walls and was worried about rodents. I call advanced ipm multiple times over the course of two weeks and asked them to call my tenants to schedule an appointment. It never happened. they dropped the ball after every call. Im shocked a company like this can stay in business. Its a simple request. Make a call and schedule a date. Makes me think that the regular bug pest spray they are contracted for has also not been happening. Im dropping them And finding another company. read more

I'd like to commend you & your company & your Tech Jeremy for your honesty & integrity. I called Advance IPM for your free estimate about a possible rodent problem at my mother's rental property. Jeremy inspected my mother's property today. Our tenants were complaining about a possible rodent infestation. Jeremy found no evidence of rodent infestation but rather a tree that was providing a path for squirrels to access our roof. Jeremy took the time to explain to our tenants the situation. I was already using Advanced IPM for some problems with ants and true to their word the ants stopped right away last winter, but the other day I found a mouse in my half of a duplex after my neighbor had had several. I panicked and called/texted my IPM rep Josh Hunt. He was great. Kept in touch and made sure he got to me as fast as possible. Set traps, promised to come back in a couple days to check them (and confirmed his return by text the next day) and bring me an estimate for getting my side sealed up from mice. I was so so grateful for his quick response and professionalism. read more

Advanced IPM is a great company to use for all pest control problem. They go above and beyond to a comandante our scheduled as well as supplied us with all preparation document to hand out to our tenants which save us a lot of time. Advanced IPM is always on time for our schedule service appointments. Our service Technician is Rick Hernandez who is very professional, courteous and most of all very knowledgeable in his field. Rick also speaks Spanish which is very helpful since my only language is English. I rate this company as top notch along with its Technician's. read more

I highly recommend this company for any problems you may be having with pests. Tom Reitz was the technician who came to my house. His first visit was to assess the problem. Then he came with all his equipment and I did not have to do anything to prepare for this treatment. He did it all. He then called me back 2 days later to see how everything was. And then came to personally check on the House 2 days after that. I am very impressed with how thorough he was. I highly recommend this company for the excellent job and reasonable price. I would give it 10 Stars if I could. read more

They were quick to respond and gave a price that was reasonable compared to others that responded and offered to come out next day. Dennis came the next day and communicated well prior to his arrival. Dennis explained what he would do well. Dennis made quick work of that wasp nest and knocked it off my roof eave before taking it away. All in all, I'd say he was here for no longer than 20 minutes. He recommended servicing our residence as well as the eaves to further prevent wasps from returning and to prevent other pests from visiting, but was not pushy about the service. I would recommend this company to others.

They walked the whole perimiter of the house and replaced some crawlspace vent screens, filled & covered quite a few gaps/holes in our eaves and near the roofline, and filled some gaps along the sides of our garage door.
