We were in contact with this company for over a year, and we initially hired them for ants extermination. We had the worst experience with their technician, who not only couldn't do an effective work, and would let us know in very short notice every time he was around and wanted to service us via text. After I failed to accommodate him (sorry for not being around every time the technician was feeling like coming by!), the company dropped our contact; when I called them and complained about the technician's service style, they send someone to estimate our problem and recommended the same technician, even though I had requested otherwise. During the summer, 2024, my home and the cottage in my backyard, were being inundated by tons of ants over and over again (along with spiders). I called Advanced Integrated Pest Management and they sent Sunny over who has completely resolved the ant/bug issue these last 6 months. Then recently, November 2024, there was a rodent taking up residence in the cottage's crawl space. I contacted A.I. Called advanced twice after that and the technician would be the one to follow up. Never got a call back either time. Went with Clark pest for their better service and services. read more

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If your job sounds small or not to their liking, IPM will not call you back. You'll know because the 2nd time you call them, after the apologies and falsities of not remembering your first call, you still won't get a response. We had the misfortune a little over a week ago to have our first experience with subterranean termites. I won't go into detail because it still freaks me out to think about it. It was late on a Friday (of course it happened late on a Friday), so I started calling Pest Control companies immediately and only found two who could send an inspector out early the next week. One of those companies was Advanced IPM. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Bradley, was very nice and understood my panic. (I also had another company send someone out so I had 2 bids). Advanced IPM's inspector, Mike, came out first thing in the morning the following Wed. He was great! You could tell he was highly experienced, and he was able to put my mind at ease about the treatment. When he was done inspecting, he gave me the estimate, and it was a little bit less than the other company, but more importantly, Mike went above and beyond to answer all my many questions. Customer service is more important to me than minor differences in price. I followed up with Mike over the next several days and asked him so many questions. He would respond almost immediately with very thorough answers, which I really appreciated. The treatment was done a couple days ago by Matt, who was also very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do. He was all done in under 4 hours. I hope never to have to deal with termites again, but if I do have to, I will definitely call Advanced IPM again! read more

This review is just for the inspection, which was free. I had been getting bites every night and was starting to get really stressed out about where they were coming from because I honestly couldn't find a single bug. I had a feeling they were bed bugs but since I couldn't find them anywhere, I felt lost and hopeless after washing my sheets so many times. So, I decided to call Advanced IPM. They worked with me and my work schedule and were able to find someone to come do an inspection the same day. Heric was my inspector. First, he was so friendly and professional. He was thorough and looked all over my bed and couldn't find any bugs. But then, he used a flashlight and looked at my walls and finally found two tiny little bugs near my ceiling. Heric was super kind about it and assured me my situation wasn't serious. He taught me so much about bed bugs and reasons they would be up so high and not, you know, on my bed. I am a current customer, I just called to cancel my service and was told I would need to pay the remaining services for the 1 year agreement, I completely understand the agreement and requested to cancel at the end of the agreement which apparently auto-renews, so I suggested they cancel the auto-renew which is not an option (this makes no sense for a business.) I requested to speak with the owner and was told repeatedly there was no owner, and after several requests I was told the owner would return my call, this is TBD. Made an appointment with them but they never showed up and didn't even call to say they're not coming.

Spent $525 to set up 8 traps in our crawl space after we heard rats in the wall. The service includes two follow up visits to check the activity and remove any dead bodies ( if any), continue to get rid of the rats and so on. They never came back for the second appointment after the traps were set and now I need to find another company to finish up the work. The technician also needed to provide quotes on cleaning up, sanitation and insulation to make sure rats won't come back. He never responded either. read more

AIPM came to our apartment, per the landlords request, because we had a bed bug infestation. The guy who came, walked in, lifted up one mattress in our entire unit and said this is where the bed bugs came from. He didn't look at any other mattress or couch or anything. He told management that our mattress was what caused the infestation (absolutely wrong) and now we are facing an eviction because we can't afford the service and because he was too lazy to lift another mattress where there was a known infestation. & even regardless of that, theres no way in hell he could prove the mattress was the root of the problem when we live in an apartment complex with 170 neighbors. Nonetheless, he insisted anyhow. Either the exterminator is lazy amd didn't feel like doing his job that day, or they just side with the landlords so they'll keep getting called back. Either way this company is shiesty. read more

He called to let me know when he would arrive and actually showed up on time...imagine that! He had the patience of a saint, while explaining all of the options to the three of us and listened and answered our questions as if we were his only clients. However recently we have had a return of rat activity. I have called them 3 times and emailed in the past month to schedule an inspection but haven't heard back. I'm surprised they have a high rating, honestly. I guess the standards are low for pest control companies. We've gone through maybe 5-7 techs in the two years we've been with them. Some are good, most are mediocre or worse and don't actually spray where we tell them to. They change techs on us frequently; seems to be a very high turnover rate. We requested to be home during all bimonthly sprays so we can open our garage, so we simply asked for a call prior to scheduling a spray every two months. About half of the techs actually did this, the other half showed up in our yard or gave less than 24 hours notice. Every new tech has to get instructions from us because most won't bother spraying our fence line in our yard and will do less than the bare minimum (just spray around the house) and take off, but some of the techs look stoned and just nod and ignore what we say. Sometimes they forget to come out at all and WE have to call them to come out or we don't get service at all. We also have a valid credit card in file, and every two months, without fail, they say we owe them money because they couldn't charge our card. They process payment on the phone with said card when we call, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening but we shouldn't have to call them every two months. It has been really annoying having to keep track of our own spray treatment schedule, but I have to say Carlo is a great tech and I hope he stays! He remembers to come out and does decent service! read more
