I called Allied after moving into our new home that backs up to an open preserve. We should have know we would be in for some adventure as far as spiders and pests go but to be honest we were a bit naive. It was apparent after a week that we needed professional help. Allied was super professional, on time and the prices were very fair. We spoke with Dave how is a mad scientist of sorts and really knows his stuff. He is super passionate about his craft and that was very refreshing. A true professional. After one treatment our problems are gone.The other thing I really likes about Allied was that they did no t try to up sell us on anything we did not need. After searching Yelp and our neighborhood app, I am so glad to have found Allied Pest Eliminators!! Dave and Pam, the owners, listened to my needs and made suggestions for a treatment schedule based on those needs. We have a problem with spiders in the yard and we're always walking through webs. Our house looked haunted! Dave told me the common types for our area and had a plan on how to battle them which involved more than just spraying and knocking down their webs. After the first treatment, no more creepy crawly web makers! Prices are reasonable and Allied will come out between services if you have a problem before your next scheduled day. I felt so conflicted writing this review because the owner was so nice on the phone and very sweet. We moved into our new house and i heard noises which my husband suspected could be mice or even rats. We had them come out and traps were placed outside and my husband was given small traps to put down around the house. When i arrived home i was disappointed to see that a full assesment had not been done, i waited a week and still found droppings and heard noises all around our house and reviewed the invoice we paid to Allied. I didnt see any mention of a warranty but for the amount i paid i called elsewhere and had someone else come out. The new company inspected the bottom of the house, climbed on to our roof, went up into our attic and for just a little more we have three additional months of coverage and unlimited visits. We were shown exactly what areas needed to be shut/covered to prevent entry. Things rodents were using to create a nest were identified, i was more satisfied with this other company and really should have shopped around a bit more. I am only rating three stars because i experienced better else where. read more

Well...I had used Allied a few years back for some pest control, and been satisfied with the service. We used them for some semi annual follow up service a few times, then put the service on hold as we had some work done on the house which took about 18 months. So I contacted them again last week about coming out to the house and refreshing the bait in some of the traps and doing some spay work. I had an appointment with Dave at my house today at 4 PM. He called at 5:30 to let me know he had some concerns about the weather, and today wasn't a good day and...blah blah blah Now everyone has a bad day and all, but I pointed out that the appointment was 90 minutes ago and I would have loved a heads up before I left work early. And that is when DAVE FIRED ME for not scheduling a service appointment for 2 years. I guess I wasn't worth his time. read more

First off WOW! Dave is so awesome, its nice to see the owner/operator of the company out on the job too. My initial phone call with Dave was awesome, he is so knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about his profession and what he can do to help you. After having about a 20 minute phone conversation with Dave I was pretty confident in him to get the job done correctly. I told him the size of my house and yard and he was able to estimate a price of $300 for the initial visit which at first my wife and I thought was a little high but I still felt confident that he was going to fix my ant and flea problem. Dave showed up on Saturday, we almost had to reschedule the appointment but he called me in the morning to find out if it was raining or had rained at my house yet because the location he was at was raining and he wanted to make sure that he could do the service today. Dave and Owen showed up around noon and take took about 30 minutes looking at our property and house and taking time to explain the chemicals he was using and how he was going to do the yard. We had to vacate the premises because they were going to spray for fleas in our home, after talking to Dave and Owen I felt confident leaving my home in their care. Took them probably about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete the work, and Dave called me after he was done to say he locked everything up and he took the time to spray the under-side of our home for fleas, he also took some more time to explain other details that he found at our house. Overall I am very happy, Dave was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I am now going to be on the quarterly plan for ants and I am confident that Dave and Allied Services Pest Elimination will keep the pests away. Called Allied Services today hoping to get someone here to check out some bugs we found in our daughters room. I was terrified they were bedbugs. Pam was so helpful when I called and reassured me that they would get someone out today. Jestin was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is also happening during the Corona Virus. Justin removed his shoes, wore gloves and kept his distance at 6 ft. He examined the bugs and identified them as carpet beetles. He provided a ton of information on both bed bugs and carpet beetles. Super professional. I asked Dave to send his associate to our house to take a look at our attic thinking we have a rat problem. With little kids I didn't want to take a look myself and contaminate the house before a professional arrives. When he arrived he took a look and we didn't find any rats. We found the source of the scurrying sounds and he was on his way. I asked to pay for the false alarm visit, but he didn't accept.
