Amazing business. I had never been here before and went off the reviews and am so glad I did. Jose and his lovely wife (the woman at the front desk who does an awesome job as the receptionist) were very warm and accommodating from the start. Jose was very communicative throughout the 2 weeks my car has been at his shop. He is very honest and his pricing is more than fair (he actually saved us quite a lot of money). My favorite aspect was how he came and showed me the some of the parts that had gotten damaged. It is really nice to have a mechanic who shows and explains what the issue is instead of assuming the client is too stupid to understand; he really knows how to meet you halfway and has made a customer for life because of it. Great guy and very down to earth. While everyone was telling me that my engine was done, 5k for a new one or 8k to rebuild, they told me to bring my truck in to get it looked at to see exactly what was going on. Everyone was telling me of blown headgasket but they were able to find the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner at a decent price. They also assessed the truck for other problems for me to look into and get fixed before they get worst. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone for automotive repairs and Im definitely going back if I need to. read more

Be aware if you get diagnostic diagnostic done and then get told "if you repair your vehicle in there that money goes towards your repair. The money I spent for the diagnostic was taken off my auto repair, however my auto repair labor cost was $150 an hour when my paperwork clearly says $50 an hour. So he clearly got to keep the hundred dollars that was supposed to go towards my repair and he got paid his $50 an hour and for the parts. Kind of a shady scam if you ask me and I won't go back there because of it. The work was done well, but I but I don't like a slick trick like that; not a good way for repeat business. read more

I have a 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe that I love very much and I commute with my vehicle. I've always taken my car to the Rally Cadillac but my last visit I realized they were giving me the run around. My vehicle had broke down coming home from work so I had the car towed to Rally where they were not giving me the answer of "what happened to my Vehicle?" After trying to get me to agree on multiple test that are very pricey I finally looked for a private mechanic not knowing Jose I took a chance so I had my car towed from Rally to Advanced level and Jose within 24 hrs gave me the answer I was looking for, My engine had loss compression basically it was "Blown" he was very honest and told me that re-building the engine would be very pricey because of labor charges so I agreed to have a brand new crate engine installed in my vehicle as I plan on owning this car forever! During the install I got to know how Jose and his wife do business and it's straight forward he will tell you how it is and give you full details on what is the best choice to make when getting you're vehicle running like new again. He gained my trust when I first met him. After a few weeks he completed the task of swapping the engines as I write this review my vehicle has 1000 miles on the new engine since the job and it's running like new I haven't had to go back to the shop since the day I drove it out thank you Jose!!!! He has fair pricing and shows you actually what is wrong with your vehicle. He even keeps the broken/ ruined parts Incase you'd like to see them. He fixed up the under engine panel, did my transmission service, stopped the oil leak, and fixed the high pitched sound my car was making. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about Jose. I brought my car in after taking a camping trip and hitting a rock. The car was making a really weird sound and I had a family reunion in Big Bear to go the next day. My heart almost stopped when he showed me the damaged catalytic converter. I knew I couldn't afford a new one. He worked with another shop and saved me at least $800 by repairing that one instead of replacing it.
