The woman who answered (wish I got her name, as I'm sure not everyone at this business is awful) was rude, short and simply down right nasty when I asked for a better estimate on arrival to fix a flat tire. I expressed my disappointment with her service, to which she just answered "so I should cancel?" and proceeded to hang up without confirmation or anything after I asked her another question. This company has to be one of the worst towing companies I've ever had an experience or came across in my entire life. They are associated with Ford roadside assistance services. Which means they agreed to be able to support towing Ford vehicles, including my type of vehicle, which was a Mach e. They were dispatched to tow my car, and when the tow truck driver got there, he told me he had never told a mach e in his life. Turns out that the vehicle need special equipment in order to tow. We realize that, and then we reach back out to dispatch to send another driver that was able to tow the vehicle. Upon waiting for the second driver I called customer service. Wondering about ETA. When I get on the phone, a young lady is extremely rude and patronizing me over the phone I told her I've been waiting for over 3 hours for a tow. She even hung up on me after I expressed my frustrations about the company and her attitude. Two thumbs down. read more

The worst customer service ever! Couldn't get his name but the tow truck driver wanted cash only $210 to be exact. After we had called the insurance company for roadside assistance. He didn't even bother to ask if we wanted to continue with his service or not and just took off. After waiting 3 hours on the highway we were informed through the company that the driver did not want to come back out. I would give you 0 stars if I could. After my car was taken there, I went to retrieve it. First impressions, the people in the office were HELLLLA rude. Overlooking that, I went back out to the yard and my car has so much damage. The front right shock is blown, the whole skid plate is gone, the front bumper is split in literal half AFTER he drug it approximately 100ft across the shale ridden ground. Shortly after discovering that, I found out they had left my viper security system remote in the door card with all the windows down while it was raining. The driver seat was torn. Lois B I was rear ended on the 5 & Mt Diablo in Stockton on Sunday morning. Once I was off the road I called Misty at Advance Towing. She had her driver, Mitch, there within minutes. He put the truck on the flat bed and talked to me and calmed me down. Even though the car was drivable Mitch suggested that he take it to Advance Towing lot and on Tuesday they would take it to Bruce's Body Shop on N Wilson Way. Misty and her crew are so nice and professional that I would recommend them for towing, battery charges, and flat tires. They are the best in Stockton. My insurance referred me to them, I called to get an ETA. They gave me an hour eta, in which I responded about how my car needed to make it to the shop before 3pm otherwise they wouldn't take it in. The lady told me to call my insurance and ask for another tow driver.. reluctantly I followed her advice, of course I couldn't get ahold of an actual agent to speak to from my roadside insurance. So then I was stuck in Limbo waiting for them to arrive however when I called them back to see an ETA. They told me that "I" had canceled the tow, and that I would've to request them AGAIN. When on my end my Insurance is showing me they are on route and I can no longer request another tow. Thank you very much! 1/2 of the ladies I spoke to on the phone was STUPID rude. I literally had to ask her by the end of the call what was her actual problem, because I can tell it wasn't work related and I don't want to deal with your shitty attitude. read more

I have to let everyone know what great service I received last week. I showed up on a job and had all of my tools out and ready to perform the services my client had purchased from me and when I went to start the pump engine I had a dead battery. No clicky and no ticky when trying to start it. I called Advanced Towing and even though they had no trucks available they sent out the office manager and twenty minutes later I was running and able to complete my job. Had i had to roll up all of my tools I would have lost at least an hour and a half. Thank you Misty and crew you saved my bacon. read more

Advance Towing is a dangerous,uncaring and careless company. On Nov 21,11 my Emergency brake spring came loose on my rear right brake. So I call my insurance and they sent out this company. The driver disassembled the inside of my car and since he could not get the brake to release he backed up my car and frove it about 100 to 200 feet upon to his bed and damaging the tire and a brake lever. I call to speak with the owner chris and he did not want to help. I would call and go over there Misty would tell me he is not working. Then Dec 8,11 she calls and says the owner quit his job (strange). She tells me to call the insurance and and they send out an adjuster and the adjuster gets there before the car repair person even looks at the car and makes his claim the the Company Network adjuster out of Colorado tells me to bad it is not there problem I should take better care of my car. I only have 35,000 miles on the care and it is basically brand new on an 07 Pacifica.. Exactly 2 weeks later the same driver brings my neighbor his car and runs into the side of his parked Truck and damages it. If you want to keep your vehicle DONT USE ADVANCE TOWING!!!!! ABSOLUTELY BULLSH** !! Got my car towed by a CHP officer which ended up at advanced towing. Completely understandable. When we received the car back there was damage done ! They completely broke my suspension springs, so when we called the company and reported the damage they wouldn't even take the responsibility ! When They picked up the car, the springs and suspension were great but from the time I gave them the car to the time I picked it up it was damaged . They had the car & they were liable for it but they refused to take any responsibility for the car . Worst tow company ! read more

i had a blown tire and needed to get to the tire shop 1 1/2 miles away. i called in at 3:55pm and was told the driver would be here in 1 hour. 5:15 comes and no driver. i call back at 5:15 and i was told that the driver is on a t&d and would call me. 6:30 i call back again and now i was told that the driver came by and no one was with the vehicle and he tried to call but no one answered so he cleared the scene. the driver flat out lied.
