I brought my dress in to be shortened and specifically asked for it to be 5 inches above the knee. My sister dropped it off and they took the measurements. When I picked up the dress, it was 10 inches below the knee, completely different from what we asked for. When I called them about the mistake, instead of trying to fix the problem, they denied it and insisted they did exactly what was requested, which is simply not true. My sister even said the woman there was arguing and insisting the dress would be "too short" if done the way we asked, which is very unprofessional. It's not their job to decide how a customer should wear their clothes. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. Zero stars if I could read more

Couple of times I went in and kinda got rejected and the lady with the glasses brings up excuses that the tailor left early or they can't sew the clothing I gave them!!!! I'm actually glad that they didn't sew my clothes cause when I read the reviews and got an idea that this place is no good for sewing. I know why they reject few customers cause they know they can't do a great job and don't know shit!!!! I don't recommend this place! read more

I had an emergency come up when my outfit for Coachella came a day before I was leaving and found out the skirt was too long for me. I found this place on yelp and took it in and asked for it to be ready the next day in the morning. The guy that helped me was able to get this done for me. It was $20 which is a little bit high for what I usually pay but I was thankful to have found someone that would do it and that was near my job. The work was done spectacularly. I was very impressed. The most unprofessional dry cleaner that doesn't know anything about dry cleaning or tailoring. They ruined my custom made drape and the table runner. After going back and forth for almost three months, they weren't able to fix the ruined drape. So frustrated and mad because they weren't cheap either! These cleaners are the sweetest, honest and most expeditious cleaners I have ever gone to. I have needed several items altered/fixed and they have impressed me each time with their work. Last time I needed a hole sewn up and they even pressed my pants without asking. They consistently beat their estimated ready by date which is such a nice surprise. This review is long over due! I came here in October for a last minute alteration for a Halloween costume. I was dressed as Morticia Addams and had a beautiful Victorian style skirt which sadly had no stretch to it and made the skirt impossible to walk in. I came in the day before the event and Art and his seamstress were able to accommodate me on such short notice. I went in for 2 fittings before they were finished and the skirt looked amazing at the end. They added a stretchy type of fabric to the back of it where the dress has a sort of corset detail. You could not tell at all that they had added the fabric! They really pay attention to detail and I was very pleased with the work! Ive been looking for a new cleaners and this had pretty good reviews. Number one it's inside SuperKing which it didn't mention anywhere so it took me forever to find and that parking lot is always the WORST. I dropped off my things and everyone was definitely nice. I came to pick up on Sunday since their hours on here and updated covid hours in their shop and on their door says they are open. Well they are not. I wasn't sure if they just didn't feel like coming in or what but it was an inconvenience that they just shut down without updating hours. Then I picked up my items, the stains were out of the clothes which is great. Are for other items, some of which were pillow covers and they came back worse. Not only were there still feathers stuck on the cases everywhere, but they came back smelling awful. Like perfume or cologne mixed with smoke. They absolutely did not go there smelling that way bc we are a smoke free hold hold and don't do perfume nor cologne due to my sensitive nose. I couldn't even put them on my pillows. I've left them outside for 2 days and they still smell awful. I'll probably have to go dry clean them again somewhere else. Literally giving 2 stars because they were nice and cleaned a couple of the items, but I'm being generous. read more

They said my dress would be ready the next day by 11am but once i showed up at 11:30 they couldn't find my dress. Of course that meant they didn't fix my dress. My cleaners completely shut me down and have me no hope! Told me I should just get another one, only problem was I didn't feel like spending another $150 for a shirt I had just bought! I decides to shop around so I took one of my favorite shirts into this place not knowing what to expect, the lady that greated me was very professional & told me that they will definitely remove that mean old mark on my shirt! Lifesaver right here!!! Long story short i needed an alteration on my suit ASAP, no other place was open especially on a Saturday except AF GOLDEN CLEANERS which closes at 8pm. Needed to get a suit and a dress shirt tailored that were way too big for me. I'm on the slimmer side which makes it impossibke to find anythjng that actuslky fits me. He took in the jacket and completely cut the pants and basically remade them using the material. I brought in a pair of pants that actually fit me and he cut the suit pants to fit the same. Stepped through the whole thing with me and was straightforward about the pricing for each alteration. Not insanely cheap, but in the range I expected. $135 for all of it, which is significantly cheaper than buying a brand new suit. I definitely plan on bringing more shirts in here to get tailored since getting them taken in only cost $10. Highly recommended. read more
