Yeah it's a chain, but it's run like a mom-and- pop establishment. It's "healthy" food in that there are no French fries or greasy meals. And for a plate of on the spot hibachi pasta.......this is by far the best hibachi spaghetti Mongolian beef plate I've had in ages. I've almost completely forgotten Buffetts actually taste good and with the value here in Phoenix, you just can't find a spot like this in LA anymore.
