    Tableside Tiramisu
    Christine J.

Our waiter, Joey and the staff at Ai Pazzi were absolutely wonderful. The dining room was modern with a feeling like you were still at an Italian grandma's house. It was homey, warm, and comfortable. The food and drinks were impeccable and one of the best dining experiences we have had in Las Vegas. The tableside caprese salad was an exceptional experience and all of the guests at our table would come back just for that dish again and again. Thank you a million times over for such a wonderful meal. Edited to add - we also had the Fettucini Alfredo, the Wagyu short rib bolognese, and the pollo parmigiana which were all amazing. The pasta had a nice bite to it and the sauces were rich. The food was plentiful and full of flavor. 10/10 - would definitely recommend all of the dishes.

Crab and Avocado Timbale - How pretty are those watermelon radishes??

After experiencing such a fabulous Yelp event here with Chef Viviani I knew I had to bring my husband here to try out the incredible pork chop known as Maialetto. It was restaurant week and they offered a three course meal for $60. Very reasonable and so worth it. I was very excited that they sat us in Gege's area. She was one of our servers from the Yelp event and she is truly outstanding at her job. She recognized me and we just picked up like old friends. Her service was impeccable and made our dining experience a delight. We started with the Crab and Avocado Timbale. The presentation of this appetizer was so beautiful. I found it hard to eat as I didn't want to ruin it, but once I took my first bite it was over. The combo of the crab with the avocado, heirloom tomatoes, and ruby beet pickled onions with the white balsamic vinaigrette was pure genius. We both really enjoyed this dish. Next my husband ordered the Maialetto and I went with the Braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs. So very happy that my husband loved his dish as much I as I thought he would being a big pork lover. My short ribs were so juicy and the mascarpone mashed potatoes were truly next level. We ended our delicious dinner with the Fruitti De Bosco Panna Cotta. I wanted to lick the plate, this dessert was that tasty. Truly a five star experience and we will definitely be returning to try more dishes.

Have looked at this place once before but Restaurant Week gave us the chance to check it out. The hostess was friendly. We got seated and immediately were greeted by Rowan who brought us our drinks and bread. The bread was really tasty. We were offered more but wanted to have room for the rest of the meal, maybe next time. Throughout the entire meal, Rowan never missed a beat. Our drinks were never empty, after each course she was right there to clear the table. Rowan was awesome and she set the bar for others to emulate. Let's not take anything away from our server Megan S. She made the entire experience one of the best we have had. Megan went above and beyond in providing us service. She seemed more like a friend I've known for a long time, not a server I just met for the first time. I would definitely come back not only for the food, but to hang out with Megan while enjoying some excellent food. The food was awesome!!! The first course was CRAB & AVOCADO TIMBALE. The chunks of Crab were plentiful and the taste was really good. Next was the entrees. I had the BRAISED WAGYU BEEF SHORT RIBS and you did not need a knife to eat anything on my plate. This short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth. The short rib this way is a Restaurant Week special sadly but it does come with pasta on the regular menu. The PAN SEARED CORVINA also is not on the regular menu but was excellent as well. I don't know if the FRUTTI DE BOSCO PANNA COTTA is offered on the regular dessert menu, but it was so light and the taste was awesome. This meal was definitely worth $60 per person. Looking at the regular menu, the prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be back as the food was excellent in quality, quantity and taste. They have some excellent Chefs here and I'm excited to find the time in my calendar to go back here and try other things off the regular menu.

    Truffle mushroom pizzette, happy hour

So they started a new happy hour for the restaurants at the Resort at Summerlin....this being added to the list! Had to go check it out...at the bar only, but also includes the outside bar seats. Great bartenders to take care of you, they handed us a menu. I asked how big the panini was and they gave me an idea that is was the perfect portion for me, and it was. We are not big dinner time eaters, so this hit the spot. We both ordered some beers on tap. I got Atomic Duck and hub got the Big Dog Brown Ale. Beers were super cold and delicious. I decided to get the truffle mushroom pizzette while Hub went for the meatball panini. The panini was not big meatballs, they were chopped up and placed across the panini....was not meat forward at all. My mushroom pizzete was so very nice and flavorful. The crust was just beautiful. We both like this so much we know we are coming back. Price is so great for this happy hour, but if you do have a bigger appetite you will need to order more items. Just right for us! Thanks Chef for doing this happy hour!!!

Ambiance: super cute restaurant at the JW Marriott! Service: our server was so nice & checked in often. Food: we got the table side burrata with a bacon tomato jam. we were curious to see what it'd taste like & it was so good! for entrees, we got the fruti de mare pasta & chicken parm. both entrees were so good! one of the best fruti de mare i've had in town! there was more seafood than pasta & i loved it. chicken had a lot of flavor & the breading wasn't thick. for dessert, we got tiramisu and that was delicious as well. we'll definitely be back!

Hidden at Rampart Casino. Restaurant week finale was great. So many good eateries at this casino. Going back to try a few other ones. Food was excellent. Sean, our waiter was so busy but still gave us excellent service and a very nice welcome. Good selection and just a very pleasant experience. Will be back with friends.

First time visitor. Enjoyed the Rampart casino non smoking area. Decided to stay for dinner. WOW-- what a surprise. 5/5 rating. Surprised there's not a line out the door. Megan was great! What a wonderful personality. Next time (we will be back), we'll ask for Megan--- thank you for all of the menu highlights and recommendations. Really enjoyed the venue's lighting, easy on the eyes. The Wagu meatball and pasta sauce were AMAZING! The one large meat ball wasn't hard like a baseball, it was tender and delicious topped with fresh basil leaves and a red sauce that was airy and fresh. It wasn't too heavy, rather it remarkable. Reminded me of Rao's restaurant in LA. Bueno! Only suggestion, if the water isn't purified (high choline taste) recommend installing a water purification system to remove the chlorine taste, Entrees were very good. The focaccia was stellar. One of the best in Vegas.

3 of us decided to try this newer Italian restaurant at Rampart Casino. We were seated promptly. Our server was Shawn and he proved to be excellent with our questions and his service. He brought us bread quickly. We ordered calamari fritti for two of us to share. It was a smaller portion than most places, so if a hungry solo diner wanted to get it, they could finish it. It was standard calamari fritti. I ordered the Lumache vodka which the menu describes as: Creamy Calabrian Chilies Vodka Sauce, Aged Parmigiano, Burrata. It was a very good main course. The Lumache is a cousin to shellsi. The vodka sauce was quite good. For dessert, I tried their panna cotta. It's described this way: Mix Berry Custard, Macerated Berries, Lemon Curd, Basil, Meringues, Micro Basil. A very nice ending to the meal.

    The new tiramisu :(

This place used to be amazing! Their caprese salad, their rigatoni alla vodka, and their tiramisu! Now it's subpar. The restaurant is still very nice and the staff is very kind. The portion of the caprese is hit and miss, and so is its quality. Sometimes the tomatoes and cheese are great and sometimes they do not. Their rigatoni alla vodka was my favorite! They now changed the pasta to Lumache and I'm not a fan. Lastly, they had the best tiramisu hands down. They just changed it and it's not that great anymore. Stop changing things that don't need to be changed! It was good the way it was - leave it that way!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible. The presentation alone had me impressed before I even took a bite, every dish was beautifully plated and felt like a true experience, not just a meal. The truffle butter? Unreal. It literally melted in your mouth and elevated the entire dish to another level. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, easily one of the standout flavors of the night. Every course was packed with flavor. The pasta was creamy and indulgent without being too heavy, the entrées were cooked perfectly, and the sauces were so good I didn't want to leave a single drop behind. You can tell there's real intention and skill behind every plate. And don't even get me started on dessert... absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was next-level, light yet decadent, and the lemon dessert was refreshing and perfectly sweet. Overall, this was more than just dinner, it was an experience. Amazing food, stunning presentation, and flavors that genuinely blew me away. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

My friends and I have eaten here many times and we have never been disappointed. Friday evening we celebrated my birthday, and we had an exceptional server by the name of Lilia. From our drinks to our appetizer, our exceptional dinner and wonderful desserts. It was a true dining experience as I've said we have eaten here many times this time as something special we tried that T-bone steak of which we shared, and it was out of this world. We actually shared all the appetizers and each course. Thank you so much Ai Pazzi for making my birthday a wonderful evening. Our only request please please please fix and or replace your decaf cappuccino machine as of yet you still don't have one working.

ai Pazzi is one of those places that you don't forget easily. From the atmosphere to the drinks and food -- it's all memorable! This is my first time getting to eat here and I must say I was quite impressed. The focaccia bread they brought to the table as a beginner course was delicious, very soft and flakey with just the right crunch. Then we had the Mozzarella with Burata(idk how to spell it) and the bacon jam was amazing! For our main course, bae and I split the table side Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and the Ravioli Agnotti. (Once again I can't spell)The Alfredo was evenly spread on the noodles and it kept for at least a day while we had leftovers. The Agnotti was good with the soft beef short ribs stuffed inside. The sauce was great, just wish there had been more. The service was exceptional. I can't say enough good things about our server Amy. She took very good care of us, made sure our martinis were on point, and overall that we were happy with the meal. We got a free drink for the delay from the kitchen, but they were really busy on the day before Valentines so we weren't complaining. Although there were a lot of people, the seating isn't so close together you can hear other people's conversations. Definitely a plus when compared to other similarly sized restaurants. Also the chairs are actually comfortable. I have a disability that causes issues with me sitting in many chairs but that one was comfortable for me to the point I wasn't in a hurry to eat and leave. We will definitely be coming back, and Amy should get a raise!

This place is such a breath of fresh air at the rampart!! I highly recommend the espresso martinis bc these are the best I've had in a very long time!! Amy, our server, was fantastic!! We specifically requested her and she did not disappoint! So friendly and caring, she makes you feel super comfortable like she's known you for years! She truly wants to make you happy and enjoy your experience. The decor is also very elegant and perfect lighting. The seats are very comfortable as well. My husband has trouble sitting too long especially in uncomfortable chairs and he even made a comment about how nice the chairs are lol. We started off with the Tableside burrata with bacon jam and charred bread. They smoke it right at the table with applewood chips and it smells fantastic when he's doing his thing. So cool to watch! And freaking delicious We also did the Tableside fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It's 2 servings so definitely enough to share. It's so amazing to see it right in front of you, you know it's fresh and it's probably the best fettuccini I've ever tasted! The chicken is also cooked to perfection. Then we had to try the beef short rib anglonotti with white cream sauce. So tender and delicate, the beef is almost like a patte or paste inside and they are stuffed with it. It goes so well with the cream sauce!! Overall, hands down the best Italian we've had in a very long time. It beats Esther's and the old Italian spot (Speidini's I think) here any day! We Had a horrible experience at Esther's just a month prior and it used to be our favorite. But I think we've officially found a new favorite!! If you're curious to try this new spot, don't sit on it!! It's definitely worth the try!!

We ordered the pistachio goat cheese salad, salmon pasta , and the beet salad, and honestly it was enough for both of us. Everything was so good and I would come back just for the food. Service was great too. I also saw they have Sunday brunch and I will definitely be back for that. This place is easily at the top of my list now. Highly recommend!

Restaurant Week brought us here tonight, it was our first time here…read more It's a really cute French Place with decent food and a server who started off with a real nasty and argumentative attitude but cooled down as the night went on...I'll explain. We arrived and were greeted by Abbie our server. We were seated quickly and received bread and water. As we looked over the Restaurant Week Menu, I noticed that on the menu Abbie gave us it showed an up-charge for the Sole. I asked her about this as online what they provided to Restaurant Week as their menu it did show an up-charge for the Filet and the Duck but not the Sole. Abbie immediately started to argue with me stating it may be an old posting which I said no it's current and I don't have an issue with the up-charge if there is one now, it's just not showing online so I was just asking, it's really not a big deal to me. She stated she would look at the website and talk to the owner but she definitely had a negative attitude toward us for asking and it continued for a bit. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey. The onion soup was good, it was not your traditional onion soup with a beef broth that is served in most places. This soup has a light chicken tasting broth but was really good. It is definitely the region of France this comes from and I liked it. The Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey, comes with bread. I took a piece and put the cheese on the bread and scooped down to the onion jam & honey. I immediately picked up the smell of cinnamon which I am allergic to, so when Abbie came around again, my friend was eating it and I asked Abbie if there was cinnamon in it. She immediately got defensive and looked at my friend and in a very rude and condescending tone said "you don't like it"??? I replied yes she likes it, but I'm allergic to cinnamon and I need to know if it had cinnamon in it. She walked off in a huff and shortly came back and said yes, it had cinnamon, nutmeg and 22 other spices in it and it's a Moroccan style. I said ok thank you, I will not try this as I'm allergic. Abbie then dropped her attitude and asked if there were any other allergies which we said no. Other people started coming in including a table with people who were people she knew and after that her personality completely changed and she became friendlier. Our entrees were really good. The sole my friend said was good and my Flank Steak was cooked ok. It was not exactly as requested but close and tasted really good. The desserts were both rich with real chocolate French style and were enjoyed. In closing, the food was ok, I don't think the prices on the regular menu are that bad but honestly, there are better places in town and friendlier staff so I won't be back. If Abbie did not argue with me over their obvious discrepancy and did not get an attitude over a question about an allergy, maybe I would give this place another try. As of now, I don't plan on coming back to this one.

Appetizers: We began with the Fritto Misto and the Appetizer of the Day, both of which set a refined and satisfying tone for the meal. Main Courses: The Agnello Scottadito featured a modest portion of exceptionally flavorful lamb chops, prepared with care and rich in taste. The Branzino was perfectly roasted, with a buttery texture and a lightly crisp exterior that added an appealing contrast. The Grilled John Dory, a delicate white fish, was prepared beautifully. It was flaky, mild, and clean-tasting, with a flavor profile reminiscent of tilapia. Desserts: The meal concluded with vanilla crème brûlée and tiramisu, both classic choices that provided a fittingly elegant finish to the evening. The presentation and taste of each dessert were amazing! The bread was a perfect introduction to what we were about to experience. We had Moscato and Deldotto Red Blend for our drinks. The water glasses were always tended to by the excellent service. They decorated one of our desserts with a lit candle for our son's birthday. Average cost per person was $60-$70.

I visited on the night of the full moon, and sitting on the patio was absolutely magical. We had the perfect table to watch the full moon slowly rise over the lake while people paddled by in boats. It was one of those evenings that you can't help but remember. The patio was incredibly comfortable, even on a warm Vegas evening. They did an excellent job regulating the temperature, making outdoor dining feel relaxing and enjoyable. The food was outstanding. Everything my date and I ordered was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. She enjoyed a glass of wine that she said was exceptional, and I appreciated that they served us a bottle of Fiji water, a small touch that definitely didn't go unnoticed. Since I don't drink alcohol, I ordered a ginger beer, and they thoughtfully served it in a wine glass with a splash of olive juice and olives, making it feel just as special. Our server was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves the recognition. She was warm, attentive, and checked on us at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed or interrupted. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, beautiful lakeside setting, and unforgettable view of the full moon rising over the water, this was an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a romantic date night, a peaceful evening with friends, or simply one of the best hidden gems in Las Vegas, Marché Bacchus is a must-visit. 10 out of 10, I can't recommend it enough!!

Girlfriends and I enjoyed brunch on a Thursday afternoon. Lovely spot in Desert Shores overlooking a lake. Way too hot (108!) to dine outside but plenty of indoor seating as well. I had delicious escargot and the delightful french onion soup accompanied with a Greyhound. Love their fresh grapefruit juice especially. My friends ordered Caesar salads-one with salmon and the other with chicken accompanied by white wine and iced tea. Both enjoyed their salads and would order again! Worth the drive for us locals from the other side of Henderson. Will be back!

The Wine Selection From the moment you approach the tasting bar, you're greeted by an impressive array of options. Their wine list spans over 40 selections, featuring both house-produced vintages and carefully curated local and international bottles. The staff truly knows their stuff--I asked for recommendations based on my preferences and received spot-on suggestions that paired beautifully with our meal. The reserve cellar tour was also a highlight, revealing some rare bottles you won't find elsewhere. The Food What surprised me most was how the kitchen rivals many standalone restaurants. The charcuterie board was artisanal quality--house-cured meats, cheeses, and preserves made on-site. For mains, the crab Louie was flavorful. Each dish seemed designed with wine pairing in mind, creating a harmonious balance rather than competition between plate and glass. The Ambience Whether you're there for a romantic evening or gathering with friends, the vibe strikes the right note. Live acoustic music on weekends adds charm without overpowering conversation. Final Thoughts This isn't just a place to drink wine--it's a destination where food, beverage, and environment come together seamlessly. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and you can tell genuine care goes into every detail. Worth the drive and absolutely worth reserving ahead during peak season.

The host and waitress arrived a few minutes later and we were seated in a spacious booth. The host took our orders, they have a wine special at lunch for $9/glass, the Riesling was very good. We started with Corn Soup, Beef Carpaccio, and Charcuterie as appetizers. They were well prepared and tasty. From there we went with a Chicken Pannini and Linguini Frutti Di Mare. The entrees were excellent. After the initial lack of personnel, the service was outstanding. The waitress was very friendly, prompt and professional. Definitely a great place to grab lunch.

I walked in and even though the host was not at the front entrance for the typical greeting, the staff acknowledged my presence and signal that they will be with me in a moment, which as really nice. Since I arrived on time . I got to pick the spot where we would be eating. I forgot the name of the handsome waiter, which we found out later he was one of the owners. We asked him for suggestions on the menu and went with those, a CAPPELLINI with Shirmp (4 to be exact), RIGATONI VODKA with mushroom and RIGATONI VODKA with sausage. I also ordered the MARGHERITA and the taste made me remember my childhood with was nice. Their Wine menu was ample a little bit for everyone's taste. The staff was friendly, professional and made it for memorable experience. A friend of mine is Baseball fan and she was watching the game on her phone and listening with her ear piece and the owner was nice enough to turn the volume on that she could hear enjoy the game and maybe even our conversation . We all agreed, we enjoyed ourselves and even lost track of time, we left after about three and a half hours. I am sure I will bring my family when they come and visit me from out of state.

You know the character of a restaurant by the care they put into the menu priced that shows respect for their guests. They offer steak night (every night!) with entrees 50% off!! The filet was seared crisp outside, perfect med rare. The pasta's handmade that actually tastes like someone kneaded it with love, not a machine. Veal ossobuco is my favorite meal & this one is at the very top of a long list of past favorites. It melts off the bone, rich and slow-braised, with perfect acid in the tomato ragu. Was so satisfying!! Mac & cheese was way way too good! Best part was every dish hit the table so hot! I love food that is still steaming to the last bite. The picca chica cocktail was a perfect blend of spicy & sweet. Wine list is stupidly deep; you'll spot bottles you've never heard of, all poured by people who actually care if you like it. Lastly the crème brûlée was truly out of this world and so unique in taste and presentation. I'm quietly plotting my next reservation. Worth every bite. A special thank you to Colleen & Chef Lupe for their hospitality & genuine service!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a warm, family-like atmosphere. Alberto, the host and server, is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The chef is outstanding! Every sauce we've tried has been exceptional--the pink sauce, vodka sauce, and pomodoro sauce are all rich, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. One thing we especially appreciate is that the chef uses minimal salt, allowing the fresh ingredients and natural flavors to truly shine. We prefer to control our own seasoning, and it's refreshing to find Italian food that isn't overly salty. The Caesar salad is honestly one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back regularly just to grab one to go! The minestrone soup is another standout--hearty, comforting, loaded with homestyle vegetables, and packed with robust flavor. It's incredibly satisfying and feels like something made with love. To top it all off, the jazzy, classy music creates the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable dining experience. Every detail, from the food to the service to the atmosphere, comes together beautifully. This has quickly become our new favorite Italian restaurant, and we can't wait to return again and again!
