We always have a wonderful dining experience at Marché Baccus. The Happy Hour is a very good value, offering delicious food and cocktails. We've enjoyed the Mini Beef Wellington, the oysters and the seasonal salad. My favorite cocktail is the cucumber martini. Ian is an excellent server, paying exceptional attention to detail. The other staff members are friendly and professional. Of course, we enjoyed the view of the lake.

One of my favorite places in Las Vegas. Nestled in the Desert Shorts community, this place always has a calming vibe next to the water. I celebrated my birthday dinner and it was superb! I had oysters, the scallops and my favorite dish was a dessert that had passion guitar and pineapple. I loved the presentation and that every part of it was edible. Our server was extremely friendly to my entire family.

2nd visit was very enjoyable! We went for a birthday and had requested waterside but they didn't seat us directly waterside afterall(I didn't feel like complaining about it). We ordered the modern pilsner which was great. They also had a 5-course tasting menu for $85(can add wine pair for $35 if desired). Everything was great except I made my hubby eat the rest of my froie gras(it's just not for me). Our server, Ariel was friendly and attentive. All of the staff were lovely.

I came to visit for a bridal shower and the setup was so cute! The service was great too. The food wasn't bad. I had the French onion soup, lobster salad croissant and crème brûlée. I had a great time and the views were pretty. The parking lot was pretty packed and kinda chaotic but there are spots. Overall, I had a great time and glad I came to try this place out!i

A great Wine Pairing at Marche Bacchus! Exquisite wine presentation from Silver Oak Vineyards. Twomey Russian River Pinot Noir and Timeless Napa Valley wines were superb. The Baked Brie, Braised Veal Shank and Bone Marrow Risotto were exceptional. Our Lamb Wellington was delicious as well. Thank you Marche and Justin for presenting an unforgettable wine pairing event. Special "thank you" to Ian for his impeccable care as always. Beautiful Lake Jacqueline setting at dusk was memorable and added to the entire event experience.

The outside ambiance is remarkable, peaceful and soothing. The service is always superb. You can tell if a restaurant is big on customer service and spends time training their staff- it shows here. Now I must be honest, the only thing I eat when I visit is the Lobster and Shrimp Salad Croissant, and either a caesar salad or they're delicious fries. It's my go-to. I always bring visitors here to impress them with a restaurant that's off the strip to show that Vegas neighborhoods have good food and views too. The Bacchus Board is a great appetizer, but honestly, you won't get to enjoy that long because the food comes out pretty quickly. Still worth it. My friends, family, or visiting guests have never complained about anything they've ever tried here, so I say you can't go wrong with what you order. Enjoy!

Such a nice little café/winery tasting restaurant! The outdoor seating by the water is great, it makes you feel like as if you've left town. I do have to say the outdoor area could use a little TLC.. especially due to the fact that it is the most enjoyable/requested seating area, a little more maintenance or a few renovations wouldn't hurt. They offer tonsss of specialty wines, as all as wine tasting sessions ranging from $99 to $200+ per person which i'm very surprised about! I would love to come back for those wine tasting sessions. I ordered their lobster mac and cheese: i would say for the price they were very generous with the amount of lobster that was put into it, however what caught me off guard was the cinnamon/sweet crust the mac and cheese had, it was never mentioned on the menu description that it had that sweet crust and i really wasn't a fan of it, but i would still come back to try different items off their menu as well as the wine tasting!

It was an amazing view!!!! We went at lunch on Tuesday. And. No need to make a reservation and just walked in. The server was very knowledgeable and very friendly!! What we ordered was... French onion soup It was well seasoned and tasty! We shared. Single serve portion but it was enough with other orders... Ceaser salad Just as it is. Quite big portion. So it's good to share... Escargot Coming with 6. A little bit too salty. So it's served with tiny bred. Smoke salmon Benedict It was quite big portion. It comes with potatoes. I kinda wanted to have more lemon with salmon... Overall it was a pleasant visit!!!

Things have gotten a lot better after the new management took over. Food tastes a lot better and service is excellent! I love their happy hour which has a fantastic selection of wines by the glass ($24 and under ) at 1/2 off. Their bartender Anthony is amazing. He makes some really good cocktails! Their Somm Greg is very knowledgeable and gave us some excellent wine recommendations.

I recently went back with my husband and it was right before the dusk and sat outside on a corner end table. I've said this in my old review that the lighting at this restaurant is terrible and needs to be redone, but our experience was even worse since after lights turned on. My husband was In a Direct spot light. no joke " light in the face" this needs to be addressed. Lighting is everything when it gets to pleasant experience. What we liked: -we got our usual items and they were good- Few things changed on the menu but no big deal -location is always great specially being a Desert shores resident -bartender was excellent with a good attitude Needs improvement: -scallop dish was disappointing.. you get 2 scallops that are sliced in the middle (making it look like you getting 4) you don't! -server was slow, confused and didn't know the menu well -my husband tried to order 2 different wine that were both unavailable -lighting is terrible !! -over all needs updating and cleaning

Came to Marche with a couple of friends, we made reservations a few weeks before the date. They sat us outside and it was nice to be out by the water. Server was awesome, explained the menu perfectly and had some recommendations of his own. It was our first time trying Escargot and they were really good. Went perfectly with the bread and garlic butter and herbs they add to it. I went with the steak but it came out over cooked to the temp I asked for. The tartar was really good definitely recommend trying that out, and the desserts were very tasty. We tried 3 of them. Great little spot off the strip

Stopped at Marché Bacchus on Valentine's Day for pre-dinner drinks and it was the perfect start to the night. We sat at the bar. The setting is charming, romantic, and relaxed without feeling overdone. Highly recommend bar seating if you can get it. I ordered the Passionfruit Kiss and it was incredible. Chinola passion fruit liqueur, Belvedere vodka, moscato, fresh lemon juice, and grenadine. Bright, balanced, and not overly sweet. They garnish it with two strawberries cut to look like hearts, which felt very on theme and very Instagram-worthy. Great bartender, great energy, beautifully made drinks. Even on Valentine's Day, service was smooth and thoughtful. If you want waterfront views, craft cocktails, and an easy date night win, this is your spot. We came for one drink. We left planning our return.

This place seems like a hit or miss kind of thing. I rated higher because I do think they can turn it around with a little bit of care. We started off with the cocktails and they gave us some bread to start during our happy hour time. The cocktails were fresh and flavorful and a good way to begin the meal. The bacchus board was a good starter and gave you small variety of cheeses and meats. The napolean and beignets were all also good. The negatives began with the mini beef Wellingtons. The flavor was okay but they were super small for what you get for sure. Also, the chocolate cake was a little left to be desired. There wasn't much cake and it took a long time after the meal before we got it. Speaking... Service was friendly but pretty slow. It wasn't a forever kind of wait between courses, but it did feel a little slower than normal. For sure, the highlighte here is the ambiance. I loved being by the lake and enjoying the boats and ducks go by as we were dining. Overall, I think this is an okay spot if you are in the area!

Restaurant Week brought us here tonight, it was our first time here…read more It's a really cute French Place with decent food and a server who started off with a real nasty and argumentative attitude but cooled down as the night went on...I'll explain. We arrived and were greeted by Abbie our server. We were seated quickly and received bread and water. As we looked over the Restaurant Week Menu, I noticed that on the menu Abbie gave us it showed an up-charge for the Sole. I asked her about this as online what they provided to Restaurant Week as their menu it did show an up-charge for the Filet and the Duck but not the Sole. Abbie immediately started to argue with me stating it may be an old posting which I said no it's current and I don't have an issue with the up-charge if there is one now, it's just not showing online so I was just asking, it's really not a big deal to me. She stated she would look at the website and talk to the owner but she definitely had a negative attitude toward us for asking and it continued for a bit. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey. The onion soup was good, it was not your traditional onion soup with a beef broth that is served in most places. This soup has a light chicken tasting broth but was really good. It is definitely the region of France this comes from and I liked it. The Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey, comes with bread. I took a piece and put the cheese on the bread and scooped down to the onion jam & honey. I immediately picked up the smell of cinnamon which I am allergic to, so when Abbie came around again, my friend was eating it and I asked Abbie if there was cinnamon in it. She immediately got defensive and looked at my friend and in a very rude and condescending tone said "you don't like it"??? I replied yes she likes it, but I'm allergic to cinnamon and I need to know if it had cinnamon in it. She walked off in a huff and shortly came back and said yes, it had cinnamon, nutmeg and 22 other spices in it and it's a Moroccan style. I said ok thank you, I will not try this as I'm allergic. Abbie then dropped her attitude and asked if there were any other allergies which we said no. Other people started coming in including a table with people who were people she knew and after that her personality completely changed and she became friendlier. Our entrees were really good. The sole my friend said was good and my Flank Steak was cooked ok. It was not exactly as requested but close and tasted really good. The desserts were both rich with real chocolate French style and were enjoyed. In closing, the food was ok, I don't think the prices on the regular menu are that bad but honestly, there are better places in town and friendlier staff so I won't be back. If Abbie did not argue with me over their obvious discrepancy and did not get an attitude over a question about an allergy, maybe I would give this place another try. As of now, I don't plan on coming back to this one.

I ordered a glass of wine to start, and it tasted off right away, like it had been sitting open way too long. So I sent it back and asked for a Cabernet instead. That part was whatever -- mistakes happen. But what I saw next completely crossed the line. The server took the SAME glass I had already been drinking from -- a glass I had literally spit back into -- and poured it into a communal pitcher that they use to make red sangria for other customers. I'm not exaggerating. My used wine, with my saliva in it, went straight into something they serve to other people. That's not just gross -- that's a health risk. Saliva can carry viruses like COVID and infections like herpes, and the fact that something like that could end up being served to multiple tables is honestly terrifying. There is no scenario where that should ever be considered okay in a restaurant. It made my stomach turn thinking about how many people could unknowingly be drinking from something contaminated like that. It also makes you wonder what other basic hygiene standards are being ignored behind the scenes. I've eaten at a lot of places and I've never, ever seen something this careless and unsanitary. Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
