I especially appreciated their same day delivery on both occasions when I was replacing my older fridges that stopped working suddenly. Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. He was polite and efficient, and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. A refreshing professional. I will continue to make SoCal my first choice for any appliance needs for sure.

We called them back and they had no problems honoring their warranty, including working with us on a great price for a brand new replacement. Every time we have been in we have been extremely impressed by their service and the Ingrid to honor their word and their warranties. Our house was very small with a separate backhouse and huge backyard, which lent to a mish-mash of needs. The team came out, measured everything, and was incredibly thoughtful about their choices. I even asked them about a few choices and their answers were so deliberate -- the nightstands were the right dimension to look proportional to the preexisting higher height of the bed, etc. Overall proof is always in the pudding -- our house got 30 offers, sold for ~20% over asking, and broke a record for the area (and this was before this crazy market and before Altadena was nuts). Can't go wrong.

I have done business with aims for nearly 2 years now I can honestly say this place is a blessing me and my family moved from Chicago to Los Angeles and money was tight so we looked for places that would finance us furniture, appliance ect.. aims was perfect they gave us pretty much all we was looking for with a 100 day same as cash option which means if you pay it off within 100 days u pay the same price as cash.. great place to go if money is short and or credit isn't that good!!! read more

It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert.
