I met with Grossman to swap out a toilet & the water controls in a shower (non-emergency service call). Matt came to my house to provide an estimate. We scheduled a time for him to return a few days later (11/2020). They came and they did a good job. There were no economic surprises. They cleaned up their mess and everything works fine. I've attached a picture of his neat workmanship of the shower cartridge (hidden behind the wall). IMO, he did a good job & I will be using Grossman again.

Because it was late in the night and the nature of the work, they had promised us they would come first thing in the morning. Fast forward to the following morning day: they came exactly at the time they'd promised and got the job done at the time they'd estimated. They also walked me through what work needed to be done (i.e. upgrading the existing exhaust to the chimney as ours is not up to code, replacing x valve, etc...), which was nice and assuring. I had an extremely pleasurable experience using this vendor and will definitely contact them again for future work!

It was a pleasure scheduling, from the polite office staff, to the confirmation call that my tech was on the way, to the actual appointment with my technician Randolph. Randolph, an energetic and polite young man, greeted me with a firm handshake, and friendly smile. He confirmed the job scope, and price, and got to work and diagnosed the problem, and immediately solved it! He also gave me a tutorial, based on the questions I was asking, on how to use my existing system more efficiently, how best to set each thermometer, and when and how to change air filters if / when I wanted to do it myself.
