My initial phone call was quick, easy, and friendly. I received the confirmation call I expected the day before my appointment and was thrilled that they had noted and were trying to accommodate my work schedule. The day of, I received a 20-30 minutes to arrival text and found Edgar in my driveway exactly within that window. Edgar was super professional, efficient, and effective, and the work area was so clean that even my pack of pit bulls, who needed to do a full investigation of Edgar's work after he left, couldn't find anything weird to snack on or track around the house. Amazing! I really appreciated that in a stressful situation, Edgar and this team were so on the ball and keen to explain what they found, what would happen, and that I could call them directly for any future issues. Within 10 minutes- he tells me I had a loose fan that was knocking around!! He tightened some screws, and VOILA my noise is gone!!! He didn't charge me anything besides the service fee!! This level of honesty and integrity is worth more to me than anything. More than just the $700 that he saved me, it made my heart burst just knowing good people still exist.
