Eric helped us right away, and let me just say he is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. There was zero pressure, just honest answers and efficient service. It took us about 5 minutes to pick the fridge we wanted, and another 5 minutes in the office with Eric to go over delivery details. That was it, in and out in about 10 minutes total. Delivery was just as smooth. For reference, delivery was $50 and haul away of the old fridge was $35, which is incredibly convenient and reasonable. Our new fridge arrived the very next morning, and Steven, who handled the delivery, was amazing. He hauled away our old fridge, set up the new one, and even connected the water line for the ice and water. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress free. So after 80 minutes and a considerable amount of troubleshooting work, I feared that I would be fleeced. But ultimately, he left with only his $40 diagnostic fee.
