Bought a new truck and had the system installed. The wiring for the subs was shady and could've burned my amps. I messed up by leaving my truck. Instead of the correct fuses they used circuit breakers that heated up and offered no protection for my amps. Even now my 300/4 is suspect. Also, my W7 was always in the house, but when I picked my truck up, the surround had mysteriously disintegrated. Had to drop $2k+ for anew one and to have it put in the box! Had my truck rewired at a reputable shop only to find out Universal had cut into my truck body where the factory amp was *dead face* Had the amp moved and every power and ground wiring redone. System can breathe now and actually bump. I trusted Jordan and his peeps and it was my mistake to leave my truck. I'd never do that again. NVR. I won't be going back there because I don't know who worked on and cut into my truck. It's sad because I was trying to help a small shop.

I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. It seemed like his brain couldn't fathom the possibility, and he just was stubborn enough to cost them a sale. I've done a ton of research and was planning to use it for an outdoor system that I have. I was planning to supply it with sufficient wattage of 12 V DC power, which is the same as a car battery, and I was going to put a fuse on it just like you would in a car. I also checked the speaker impedances, the gauges of the wires, and I know the max power that I could put through the speakers. I also didn't say anything about warranties or anything like that, so there was no reason why they didn't sell me the parts. He didn't mention any reason why he wouldn't provide the info, he would just comment that I should go look elsewhere, which was really bizarre if I was only on the phone with him for about two minutes. They should remedy their staffing issues.

I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

I've never had my windows tinted before so I'm hoping that this is part of the curing process because it looks a bit dirty. That being said, I must comment on how things were done. The person/people who performed the service did not cover my doors, and the solution that was sprayed created a sloppy mess of white spots on the fabric and residual drip stains on the interior of both front doors. I'm certain that this is NOT standard practice. I haven't yet rolled my windows down and now I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully the solution didn't drain inside my windows. I traveled a long distance to this merchant solely because my family recommended it. Now I'm disappointed over something that was completely avoidable. Here's hoping it's promptly alleviated. The two men worked like a team, in-sync with knowing the other's next step, both having different suggestions to solving my car problem. They were filled with strategies, such as if this does not work, we can do this, etc. My car was in a dangerous situation, needing an urgent car repair, with absolutely no assistance of any kind from the car dealership. Once I called "Car Stereo Connection" (CSC), I immediately knew I was heading to the right place. I felt desperate; although, after a few minutes talking with Johnny and Adrian, I knew God answered my call for "HELP", directing me to CSC. I am a 66-year-old-lady, who does not know much about car repairs; except I know the importance of getting regular maintenance. Such as oil changes, filters, and what not on a timely basis. Additionally, today, my financial predicament does not allow me to be in a position to purchase a new car. Basically, it was essential that I get this vehicle restored to good condition, so not to be a problem on the road. So, this is what happened: On Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., I went through a puddle in my 2012 Chrysler. As I was making my way through the muddy wet mess, water emerged into the engine. With that the horn went off, the emergency hazard lights started flashing and both would not stop. Thank God, I could not go more than 20 miles per hour. Being, that the car would not stop, I could not stop at the intersections. I was in an awful circumstance all around me. I believe through the Grace-of-God, I got to work safely, without an incident. My work office - destination, was only 6 blocks away. Now that the car was safely parked, I had to deal with the horn's severe irritating noise and my work, neighbors requesting it to be turned off. Even with the engine off, the horn would not stop blaring. I even believe the horn got louder, as the car simply sat turned off. Due to that drench of rain, I went through, the car's electrical wiring instantly malfunctioned. That Chrysler then had a mind of its own. The car's horn went off-and -on, completely on its own. It was a high volume, blasting horn, going off for no apparent reason! A friend then disconnected the horn, so that my work neighbors would now end their complaints. I could not drive like that, with a forever screeching horn blowing. Being my car is older, I most definitely needed a horn, to protect myself and other drivers, just in case there- was a mechanical issue. I then drove to Chrysler in Anaheim, where I was told that they could not replace the horn and my only option was to buy a new car. Yike's, Chrysler then pushed a salesman after me, repeating, "they could not help me, unless I wanted to shop for a new car!" Multiple times I had to fend off the sales team. That was a solid NO, to the new car!!! With that I had an epiphany moment, where a bright light went off inside my head. I thought maybe, possibly the guys who put in my car radio, at Car Stereo Connection could help. Since they know the electronics of what was going on inside the engine, being they installed the radio. OMG, was I right! After days of frustration, On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, I drove my car to CSC to be greeted by smiling, Johnny and Adrian who with confidence, said "they could help me." I agreed to keep my car at their facility for a few days, while they figured out a solution. As the two men worked on my car, I got frequent calls, giving me choices they thought would be best for my situation. I agreed to have a separate horn installed near the steering wheel, which was used many times in the past two months. I am grateful, for both Johnny and Adrian, who diligently worked to ensure my car was taken care of. The two have strong work ethics, who obviously are professional in all aspects of their work. I just upgraded all six speakers on my Honda Passport. Honda quality is crappy and wanted more…read moreaudio quality while retaining the subwoofer. Scott explained several options from lowest improvement to top of the line. I chose the midlevel option with JBL's Stage 3 speakers. The cost is what I expected and he did it on time. I am happy with the audio quality improvement. I would go back to Aegis next time I need car audio upgrades. The system has enough power that I didn't need an amp. Now I have midrange sound that was nonexistent before.

Came to Aegis to have a non factory Car Play installed on my 2013 G37 Infiniti. This was back in…read moremid January but I waited so I can write an honest review. First, Scott was amazing, he was honest, extremely knowledgeable, a problem solver and kind. Secondly, his shop was clean and the arcade was a sweet touch. Lastly, it's been 8 months later and my Car Play still functions properly. As soon as I start my engine, I'm connected. I don't ever feel like I'm riding in a 13 year old car. Thank you Scott!
