This is the absolutely worst experience I have had with any eatery. I placed my order right deal dash, a Steak Burrito, Fries with Cheese and a side of beans, what I got delivered was a pint of beef, a pint of beans and a pint of rice, no burritos, no fries... what the fuck, I1 called in hopes they would correct their error, the guy on the phone only offered this is what was ordered, advised this is not what I ordered, he said he would make me a burrito but I would have to come pick it up, that's the purpose of delivery of I have to pick it up, it's an electronic system I can clearly see what I ordered went couldn't they, I will never patronize this business again oh and u forgot to mention what i did receive was tough and flavorless..... very disappointed...NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN, they lost a customer for life and a company that would have done major business with them read more

weird reviews on this one i see, but i have had completely different experiences here. So yea, the wife and i come here after work at least once a week. The food is cheap and delicious and the service is fast and friendly. I absolutely love their Lengua burritos!!the sauce mixes so well with the meat, it has me drooling to this day. Also, their Tortas are extremely flavorful and moist. but the one thing i come here for is the cheese and guacamole fries..for only 2.80 or so, you can get triple that of large fries at any restuarant with cheese and gaucamole to boot. overall, this place keeps on having us come back and i can't think of one negative thing about it. read more

We always go through the drive-thru on Sundays for a tasty lunch to eat. Food is usually pretty good, aside from the occasional overcooked carne asada fries. But my issue is with the workers AT the drive thru. I understand really not wanting to be there, but they MUMBLE and I can't understand what they are trying to ask me. I already can't hear very much, but mumbling through a drive thru speaker makes it WAY worse. Other than that, lovely service and food and I will continue to come here. read more

Had lunch there yesterday (7/29) when I was in the area, and was not left disappointed. I ordered a Vaquero Burrito and Shredded Beef Taco and paid about $9. The Vaquero is a perfect combination of tender carne asada, refried beans, cheese, and rice. I added guacamole and it added so much taste to it. The burrito was a good size to. The shredded beef taco was also good but the shell was a little messy so the ingredients fell out. Still a good taco though. The red sauce was awesome! It went really good with the tacos. The only bad part was I was getting some weird looks for eating there. Oh well, doesn't matter because I will be going back for sure. read more

I always go for the trio fries late at night but I decided to try a burrito for lunch today. The customer service is never good there when I go but I always just consider the fact that it's late. Today it was even worse I ordered a carne asada burrito and asked if I could get beans and rice in it as well instead of the pico de Gallo. After I asked there was a long silence thinking it was the employee asking if it could be done or something else. The pause ended with him asking if I wanted anything else so I assumed it could be done. I can't eat tomatoes because of their seeds. First bite I take nothing but pico de Gallo. I USED to like their food, until tonight. I ordered a mixed burrito (beef, onion, tomato, chilies), but the beef was boiled meat, which had more of a wet, stringy dark-meat chicken taste. I had paid extra for sour cream and guacamole. Because of the wetness of the shredded beef, the tortilla was mushy and the bag got all wet. Further, the sour cream and guacamole got diluted into a non-existent pulp. Basically, I had continued to eat it, searching in vain for both, and ate 60% of it. I knew I wouldn't get a refund...but they couldn't offer a replacement, deduction, or a free burrito for my disatisfaction? What the hell has happened to good customer service? I was very hungry, Sunday afternoon. I drove straight to ALBERTACOS, because of what a friend told me about the food. The combo beef burrito would have been better if the shredded beef was not watery! I asked for everything on my burrito, but maybe I should have been more specific. The street tacos were good. Nearly a year after the first negative review for "Albertaco's" and it seems like absolutely nothing has changed.. It was a good day today, it was finally lunch time and I was starving. My co-worker and I decided to clock out for lunch together and take a ride to the other side of Moreno Valley for some good old Mexican food. Alberto's on Alessandro Blvd was our destination and we were sticking to it. Well, it wasn't until after we left this Albertaco's that we realized that this abomination of a so called "restaurant" was in fact not "Alberto's" but "Albertaco's". Albertaco's front sign looks coincidentally similar to the restaurant "Alberto's", fooling myself and my co-worker. Regardless, we only had 30 minutes left to eat before our lunch was over and we were already there, so why not just eat? Well, to start off, there was literally one person in there when we arrived and a few customers who looked rather unsatisfied, leaving the building. For the most part, the dining area and from what I could see in the kitchen, looked mostly sanitary. As we looked at the menu above, the pictures that were provided already started to make us question ourselves as to whether or not we wanted to spend our dollars on something that looked so disgusting. Some of these pictures were nearly indistinguishable. Regrettably, we went ahead and ordered anyways. The cashier at Albertaco's restaurant hardly spoke a word of English. It took the staff member at the register 5 minutes to understand that I was trying to simply order a numbered combo from the main menu. The two beef burrito with beans and rice is what I ordered. Never have I tasted a more disgusting, uncooked, piece of garbage in my life. I would have been better off going home and heating up some cheap frozen food instead, because that's exactly what this was. The beans were gray, mashed up and soupy. The cheese was hardly melted and the rice was clumpy, dry and stale. My beef burrito's were so soggy that it was dripping liquid profusely on to my soupy muck that was my beans and rice intertwined with one another. Even at my starved state, I was only able to sum up the courage to take a couple bites of my beans and rice and force myself to finish off one of my expired beef and vegetable burritos. I ended up paying around $8.00 for my plate of food and my coworker ended up paying $9.00 for hers. Obviously, we both felt completely ripped off and wanted our money back. Well, there was no point in trying to communicate this to the staff, because they can't even understand what we want from them, so we just left. When we arrived back to work, minutes in to our shift, we both had stomach aches and felt nauseous. I have never felt the need to give a negative rating for any restaurant, but this was too much. I felt compelled to warn every one else to please not make the same mistake my friend and I made and go to the other Mexican restaurant across the street. The food is amazing! And the fact that they are open 24 hours is great. My boyfriend introduced me to this place and I've been hooked ever since. The California burritos are great and the chips with cheese and guac are amazing. Seems like it's all I crave. Ugh. LOL. 4 stars out of 5 because the customer service is horrible. I have created a carne Asada breakfast burrito that is the best that I've ever had In. My. Life. However, it seems like when I order it, they have an issue with me asking for it. Staff could be a little more friendly considering I'm a paying customer willing to pay the extra cost to have what I want.
