I love the buy one get one deal on their meat. Seriously, you cant beat the price for the quality. I was on a hunt for some good shrimp and I'll be honest, I went to Stater Bros. paid 2 dollars a pound more but they weren't frozen and looked so much better and bigger than the ones here at Albertsons. My wife and I have grown very tired of shopping at this Albertsons. Compared to other Albertsons we've been to this one is by far the worst. Our main issue besides the overall lack of quality and care is that we have now, on three separate occasions, brought home that is well past it's due date, moldy and unusable. It's part our bad for not checking the due date but it should really be on Albertsons for selling such items. I wish I had pictures to share. read more

First time at this Albertsons and it most definitely will be my last. Purchased some items and the prices were not what was advertised. I kindly asked the cashier by the name of Evelyn why the price was so high and she said with an attitude "I don't know" I showed her my app with the promotion and she refused to look at it and acted all bothered so I told her I would like to cancel the whole transaction. She yanked the money from my hand and some of the coins fell to the ground. Then when I told her I wanted the full $20 bill that I gave her back she said I was short 2 pennies, hello "Evil Evelyn" you dropped it when you yanked it out of my hand. So rude!! read more

I am not rating the store in this rating but Albertsons' delivery service through Instacart (from a link for the store). Apparently during this period there is not the capacity to accept new clients. Having awaken at 3:30 am to be ahead of the crowd, I placed my order in the dark. Everything was a go...delivery expected at 11 am. I have not received ANYTHING and it is a day later. Plus my credit card was charged and I will need to dispute the charge. It's ok if you can't do it but just say so. read more

Pros: Wide aisles, good parking, not too busy store, easy to navigate. Clean store. Cons: Prices are higher than Stater Bros. and Ralphs, no wow factor on special buys. Flooring a little dated, could use a remodel soon. Clean though. My first time there to get an idea of all the supermarkets in my area. Not enough here to convince me to switch from the others I usually shop at. Not a bad store, just nothing about it to make me drive a little further. I went on a Saturday expecting it to be super busy. I was not. A plus! Did not see anyone asking for donations outside like another Yelper mentioned. I ended up buying less than I had hoped to since I didn't find some good deals in the meat department. read more

My Review is for the Albertson's Pharmacy Section of the store. I have been in many pharmacies over the last 45 years, and have NEVER had such amazing service as I had at this pharmacy this week. The pharmacist, Cynthia (Cindy) was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and smart. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received that day, when she could have easily dismissed me, when my questions became complicated. She went above and beyond any past pharmacist, and although she said it was just "doing her job"...we ALL know how that usually goes these days. I shop here at least a couple of times a week. A lot of friendly service for a chain supermarket. I like the Buy Any 5 or more discounts at Albertson. Much much more easy to deal with than the Buy Any 5 specials at Ralph. I keep reminding my wife that if you only buy 9 of the Buy Any 5 specials, you don't get the discount on the last 4 items. For me, the big pluses in this store are the meat department and the pharmacy. The workers in both are VERY friendly and helpful and the meat department specials are great. Oh, and customer service is amazing. I had a problem where the cashier entered my phone number but when I got home I discovered that my Just For You and Digital Coupon discounts were not applied. Being a little miffed that their system was working properly, I complained online via their customer survey link. I was amazed. Less than 5 minutes after I submitted a survey, I got a telephone call from someone (Jared) at the store inquiring about my complaint and told me to come back to the later and he would take care of me! I like coming here because of the convenience and the sales they have every week. But the cashier named Ryan never let me collect my points. I spend at least $100 per week for my groceries and everytime I go to him I never earn any points. But when I go to any other cashier I earn them. What's up with that?! And sometimes I don't even get the sale prices because he rejects my number after I put it in. So he has to manually enter the sale prices. (Yes! They can reject your number even if you enter it, before they hit the button for the final prices to checkout!) Ryan needs to be fired! read more

I purchased a nine pound bone in rib roast marked Choice for our Family Christmas Eve meal. It turned out to be the worst roast I have ever purchased. It was tough and difficult to cut and without flavor. They need to improve the quality of their meat and mark it properly. read more

Love this place! Always come here for redbox and my late night snack runs with my friends or my mom. They have wonderful customer service and if there's something on sale similar to what your buying they let you know. read more

Although this grocery store is a little pricer than the others. I still come here for some rare frozen food that they have. Sometimes they'll have good deals though. Parking is very easy to find. They used to have a self-checkout but last time i went they don't have it anymore. read more

This place is horrible when it comes to waiting in line. Most of the time they only have one checked and open even if there is a long line and even then they take a lot longe than they should on each transaction because the cashiers take forever to review the recycling vouchers that people in front of me brought in. I like Albertson's. They are very clean and organized here. They also carry the yummy aloe vera drink that I like so much. It is awesome after an intense workout. Employees here are always super nice and respectful. They sometimes see me with a puzzled look and ask if I need help. Then they will actually lead me to the location of the item instead of telling me "oh yeah it's on aisle 3" Good stuff Albertson's! read more

This Albertson's has a great produce section and a decent organic selection. The rest of the store is pretty standard although their meat selection is a little disappointing. My biggest complaint is that they *always* have people asking you to donate to something or buy something for charity. Always. I don't want to be harassed on my way in and out of the grocery store. read more

The store is nice as far as selection, cleanliness, etc, but I give it a two star rating because their prices are consistently higher than Ralph's or staters. They are very close to my house, but the truth is I only go here when I don't feel like driving the extra two miles to Ralph's or I need to use the redbox. read more

I came here specifically to find some nice flower arrangements on a Sunday afternoon but was greeted by a miserable selection. Even the roses in the cooler were not very Merry whatsoever. Typical Albertsons. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Check expiration dates on things you buy here though. I have purchased things and the expiration date was only a day or two away. Their produce isn't the freshest either. Seems to go bad faster than the Stater Bros down the street. I shop there typically instead just because of this and the prices. read more

The store has large variety of stocks, yet they are well organized. I can easily spend 1hr hovering around the market and find rare foods which I don't usually find in other stores. read more

Just walked in to get money back from recycling the express lane was long and there was only one other lady in the other lane having only two lanes open so we waited the lady in front made a comment that the express lane was open a costumer we just ignored the comment but then a manager this lady came up and snatched the recycle receipt out of my boyfriends hand not saying anything going to the other lane and helping us. Not the way to go about it but we will take the help she proceded to not say a word and just help us out the door. I dont know if the costumer in front of me who made that comment was a regular but she was nice to her and her grandchild but very rude to my boyfriend and I. You do NOT snatch things out of people's hands without saying a word. read more

I went to this Alberton's for the first time today to buy a birthday cake. Anyways, I had to write a review after my HORRIBLE experience here today. So I walk in and immediately make a left towards the bakery aisle. I see the cake I want and ask the lady behind one of the counters for help. The first thing she tells me is that the bakery closes at 8pm (at this moment it was 8:30pm). This would've been fine if she would've left it at that. I would've picked up any of the cakes already lying, ready to sell in the refrigerators; I honestly wasn't expecting the cake as soon as she told me the bakery closes at 8 because I didn't want to be a bother. But NO. She started telling me that she had other stuff to do and she wanted to leave when she was off at 9:30 then FINALLY asked me which cake I wanted. I pointed to the cake I wanted and she walked to the side and grabbed a container. As she walks back and puts the cake in it she realizes that the lid doesn't fit the bottom of the container. This lady continues to tell me that she doesn't work for the bakery, and literally tells me she doesn't have time for this. I apologized as she went back to grab another container. Again the top didn't match the bottom, so she tells me that I'm just going to have to carry the container as is and slaps the sticker on top of the unclosed container telling me that she doesn't have time for this (AGAIN) and that she has to leave by 9:30 and rushes away. I left the cake on the counter and literally walked out of the store empty handed. As badly as I needed a cake for the next day I decided to go else where and give my business to a store that actually knows how to treat customers. Working in retail myself, I could imagine a number of different ways to go about this situation, but making a customer feel that unwelcome in a store is unacceptable. If you need to go to Albertson's, I strongly suggest the one on Spring: good customer service and nice AND actually helpful staff. I know that that is the one I'll be sticking to from now on. read more

Went back again after a very long time of not shopping at this store and guess what? NOTHING has changed. I was reminded of this when I was there to buy only one item on special and they were out, so I patiently stood in line to request a rain check because no one was at the customer service booth. I asked the cashier for the phone number so that I could call in advance to make sure they have restocked the item on special. She responded in rude tone, I don't know the phone number here and you are going to have to wait until I ring up my next customer so I can print a receipt with the phone number. The next customer had a lot of groceries and I waited my turn in line. Very rude again, as always. read more

Okay let me start out by saying i'm not a cook, I never been, but today I decided i'm going to start, Albertsons was the lucky store I picked to find all my needs, this place is clean, well lite, the workers are friendly and the prices are not bad. With the weekly ad I got a full basket for around $150.00 totally good deal. I had no trouble finding the bakery and the wine isle :) but the rest of the store was a freakin challange, walking back and forth to find things, I must have walked 5 miles around this fuckin store, but everyone was so super nice to me, and I even got cooking advice from the ladies who worked there! Plus there HOT food section where food is already prepared was so tasty and priced average. After spending all that time looking for groceries I didn't feel like cooking today! read more

My review is for the Deli. I ordered two deli trays for my Halloween Party on Saturday night. I ordered online on Tuesday and received a confirmation. On Saturday, my son went to pick up the trays right before the party and he was told that they never received the order so my trays were not ready. They agreed to make the trays while he waited but it took almost an hour and people were already starting to arrive at my house. This was ridiculous. They offered to take five dollars off the price of the trays. Really?? Five dollars?? I called and spoke to some young man who didn't seem to care and could give me no reason why my trays were not done. I told him they needed to do better than five dollars off the trays for all trouble they caused. He said I needed to speak to his manager and transferred me. The manager said she was not aware of what had happened and also could not tell me what had happened with my trays and why they didn't get my order. She didn't seem that concerned about it but she offered to take $10 off the price. I wasn't going to argue with her so I said okay. After at least an hour, they finally got my trays ready and gave us $10 off the price but this should never have happened. I received a confirmation from the deli. They shouldn't have online ordering if it's not guaranteed that they will receive the order. Also the attitude of the two people I spoke with was very uncaring and unapologetic. And they could have done a lot better than $10 off. I will think twice before I order anything from Albertsons and definitely will not order anything online from them. read more

Sadly the store is regressing with their hand baskets issue. A couple years ago hand baskets slowly started disappearing from the store floor until it became an Easter egg hunt to find a hand basket in a virtually empty store. Things got better for a while but during my last 5 visits I have had to search the store to find hand baskets even though the store wasn't particularly crowded. May have to take my business back to Ralphs. read more

Service was great! A pretty girl named Lora helped me out with my meat at the service deli. She was great, super helpful and she has the greenest eyes ever. Service with a smile, a cute freckled smile. Can't wait to go again just to see her pretty face. read more
